The best restaurants serving Chinese food in West Midlands

Not good at all, the rice was undercooked & tasteless, the chicken balls were swimming in grease & the salt & pepper chips were also tasteless & undercooked.

Had office meal there earlier. Good main buffet. Some items better than others. Overall was as expected

Imagine fancying a Chinese all day long and you go and fetch it, get it home and it’s absolutely fantastic!!! It doesn’t happen often but tonight this one hit where it was supposed to. Amazing food with flavours to kill for!!!

Extremely good Portion sizes plenty of beef more than enough to feed two people same with the egg fried rice only problem I would say and I've seen other people mention it but the sauce is a bit watery plenty of chili peppers and spice was nice but did ask for it not to be spicy and person on phone said it wasn't? My body was sweating on every mouthful normally crispy shredded beef is sweet and slightly hot? This was more like Chili sauce Beef was nice tho not complaining just a bit too much spice! I would order again

We’ve tried a few Chinese takeaways over the years from other places in Nuneaton ..but I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad meal from new oriental the staff are friendly and delivery time is as stated

Exerlent take away used for over 20 years

In the summer I ordered my usual which is king prawn fried rice.i noticed then that the prawns were like rubber which made them inedible.i should of got back to the take away and told them something wasn't right about the prawns.instead I chose to give them the benefit of doubt.i took a chance and ordered again last night.again I could see something about the prawns wasn't right when I ate it. It was though it wouldn't go down.it was horrible! I also noticed little black bits in the food although it was supposed to be king prawns it wasn't it was small prawns with the odd large one thrown in.I will never order from there again!

First time ordering tonight and will definitely be ordering again. Delicious hot and tasty. 5*

I have only just started using this chinese after it being recommended to me. I have had 3 different types of meals and they have all been lovely, very good portion size, good price and the lady serving is very pleasant and helpful and they also made a milder curry for me. Highly recommend 5*

This is our go too chinese , have been using it since the 80s the only gripe we have is they took chicken maryland of the menu , this meal used to feed 3 of our kids lols , always had decent food
