We have been customers for years. I don't know what's happening but the last 4 deliveries have been so late, tonight 2 hours late. Not good when you order at 6.30 pm and have to be up at 3am for work... Order wrong, hoisin was gravy ! Mixed veg was raw.... Shocking service and food recently and we're finished using you now.

Wanted to get Chinese for a very long time. Always seen Kowloon and decided to try. Was good. Big portions and so had Chinese all weekend. Please note Only cash payment.

Very disappointed food very salty not what it used to be won't be going again for a while

Order arrived incorrect, took 40 mins to bring salt and pepper chips (they're 5 minutes drive away) and wasn't particularly good quality. Rest of food wasn't much better, won't be ordering from here again. Disappointing as previous orders were much better.

Fancied a Chinese Saturday evening...4 of decided to pick lucky house as we'd had it before and found it okay last year! We had 4 meals plus, chips, rice, 2 noodles and prawn toast. We ordered for 8 as a collection and the food was ready as we practically walked in to collect so the food was really warm once we got home 🏡 The food was really good! Not very oily either and seem to get enough meet in the dishes and I think for £42 it was definitely worth its money!

Dreadful food & Service and staff did not listen to customers concerns. Pay on arrival & buy drink then you are shown your table. Food was cold between us we tried 6 dishes all cold. We spoke to the manager who apparently said it was our standards as 400 other customers hadn’t complained. We ask for a refund NO was the sharp response I would not have paid if we could have paid after food. We left hungry & extremely disappointed. Will not return. The only positive thing is we didn’t have an upset stomach the following day having tried cold food. Totally waste of money Avoid.

Lovely food as always. Let down by the non interest in service. What spoilt it was the vacuum cleaner while we were eating. I mean wait til it’s empty! Just rude! The 15% service charge for the table of 4 was unexpected! Good food let down by poor service/care

I got spare ribs which were lovely The chips were ok and the mushroom omelette was to for the chicken balls were nice the sauces curry and sweet and sour were delicious

Do not use this takeaway! Chips that we had paid for were missing from the order, food was poor quality and smelled bad , and we were short changed by £3.60.

Do not order salt and pepper chicken from this place!taste like they've just generally mixed so many cleaning products and when I rang back their were rather cheeky towards me however we had eaten everything else with our food and they told me they wanted all the food back to examine when it was just the chicken?customer service was awful I also work in a Chinese myself and I would never speak to customers the way they spoke to me tonight it was out of order and very disrespectful

Lots of microwaving going on...I got duck and special curry and it was just gross. Would never to back.
