The best restaurants serving Chinese food in England

We ordered a delivery giving them another chance but wish we didn’t. 1 hr for delivery having been told 40 mins or sooner. Once we opened the delivery it was wrong. Chicken Satay Skewers missing something with chicken in a dish , not sure what it was in all honesty. I called spoke with a young lady who was most un helpful. After explaining a few times it was wrong. I was offered a replacement for the skewers. I explained that it would be another hour, so no unless they can get them to us in 10 mins as the other meals would be eaten. “ well do ya want it or not “ Horrified at the reply I put the phone down after saying forget it. I so wish the old owners were back as we always had excellent food. We won't be back for a while I doubt. Shocking to say the least.

Food was amazing, loads of it, and tasted great. Definitely be back. All very tasty, staff were very friendly and accommodated us amazingly. Thank you

Ordered prawn crackers and 2 chicken curry and 2 plain rice. Ready on time and got told prawn crackers came free. Got home and curry was a big portion and lovely sauce with freshly cooked chicken. It had a few mushrooms in which was not expected but fine for me.

If you are reading the reviews to decide whether you should order from Hung's Kitchen, I would stop now and pick up the phone to literally any other establishment in Malvern..our usual favourite being the Star. Usually a mix up of an order doesn't warrant getting angry about, I only hoped this would be the case when ringing up, when this happened with our takeaway we collected. I think with even the bare minimum customer service skills, most can usually rectify a mistake without raising their voice and trying to blame the customer. You only have to scroll down below to another review about another order getting mixed up, I don't think it helps there are two different menus on the website offering the same items but both at different codes? surely it's more hassle for them as a company to run a business like this. You can take this review as someone being petty or unfair, I'm sure the owner will give a mediocre response as per the other reviews, wishing us well and telling us not to return perhaps, trust me we don't need to be asked twice.

On first impressions, the outside of the restaurant is not inviting at all. In fact, it’s off putting, however when you are in inside the decor is lovely. Plenty of room for us and a pram. Food was yummy, slightly pricey compared to other Chinese restaurants I’ve been to but portions were big. Would recommend.

Very poor unfortunately. Satay chicken was dry with no decernable taste of peanut sauce. The chicken curry was watery and very little flavour. The Singapore fried rice was very disappointing. Just hand a few tiny sliced pieces of chilli in it. Never again. Oh, delivered very late as well. Much better out there.

Very tasty and great portions. Dealt with allergies with no problems. We have used this Chinese on a previous occasions but had forgotten how good the food was. We won't forget again and will definitely be back.

I would recommend the wok n rock as it has really good food especially the sweet and sour chicken and really friendly customer service and they cater for big groups as they catered very well for our table of 12 adults and 5 children , the service was 100% perfect and would just like to say thank you Hollie for everything you did to make mine and my families evening a really enjoyable experience I will be visiting again on my next visit from The Netherlands . Telephoned order through at 6.25 pm & was told that it would take 15- 20 mins for order to be ready. Order was not ready when I went to collect at 6.40 pm & was still waiting for order at 7pm. Politely asked why the delay as customers were placing orders at the counter & receiving theirs before me. Was told they were just doing mine & apologised. Think they had forgot to do my order. Eventually received my order at 7.10 pm a wait time of 45 mins. Was not happy. Would have been quicker to request a delivery from another Chinese which I will do in the future.

If ever we fancy a bag of chips we always go to Ansdell Fysheries. Absolutely tasty and delish chips. The chips are always hot. Lots of salt and vinegar ( by request) too. The owners are friendly too. We are vegetarian so no fish , chicken or other non vegetarian food reviews.

Tomé 2 comidas para llevar en este pequeño restaurante chino.Los entrantes en ambas ocasiones fueron excelentes.Los platos principales se estaban llenando pero el arroz era insípido.Vale la pena una visita.

The food is really really tasty, tried food from both the Chinese menu and the Japanese menu and both are good. The sushi tastes fresh and the Chinese food is very flavourful. The staff are polite but sometimes it can be a bit difficult to flag one down to order more drinks as they are quite busy.

Efficient and lovely staff. We always do a very specific order and the food, as always, was perfect. Hot, done in time and always to the specific expectations we have. Thoroughly impressed. My favourite Chinese in Staffordshire
