Best Chinese takeaway in North Manchester.

Very poor customer service and to see the sauces had vodka in and not everyone wants vodka,in lemon sauce there was,no other option. Plus when on medication you can't mix alcohol with tablets. Never seen vodka in lemon sauce in my life.

Este lugar se ve bien, la impresión es un elegante salón de té británico. Desafortunadamente, han perdido un poco de ese ambiente encantador y pasado de moda. El servicio es errático, habían perdido nuestra reserva, nos dieron mal asiento con la espalda contra la habitación y la ventana. Los clientes estaban mal vestidos con zapatillas y lo que parecía ropa de gimnasio, no todos, pero lo suficiente para hacernos sentir sobrevestidos. Todos los demás invitados se desplazaban en sus móviles. Estaba muy lejos del Ritz o de cualquiera de los salones de té clásicos de Londres. No me habría importado ni un poco que hubiera sido algún pub o restaurante casual, pero The Rosebery está situado en uno de los hoteles de lujo más emblemáticos de Londres y esperábamos que el Rosebery fuera muy elegante. Dicho esto - la comida era excelente! El curry verde tailandés que comí fue en realidad el mejor que he probado fuera de Tailandia!

Went with family for my birthday January 2025, lovely food but were rushed to order food by staff the moment we sat down, we were all asked 3 times what we wanted for starters and mains in the space of 10 mins, we had not even had our drinks brought to our table at this point, felt as though they want you in out as quickly as possible for them to get ready for the next booking after us, the staff are constantly stood around the moment your plate is cleared so they can quickly bring out the next course of your food, so if your looking for a relaxing food and drink restaurant then this is not the place to go

I haven’t been to the Shanghai in many years it brought back a lot of family memories. We came here for my Dad’s birthday and I was pleasantly surprised how the quality of their food has remained consistent to how it tasted when I was a kid. Even the building interior hasn’t changed (I think an upgrade is needed) The staff were very friendly, our waitress was very cheerful and checked up on us often. We ordered Banquet B and shared a pot of Chinese tea. The food was great with a nice variety of dishes on each course. The shared platter for the starter was my favourite it was perfectly presented and had something for everyone. If you’re looking for a Chinese restaurant in Chester, this is the place to go.

I am from NYC and have been visiting family in the area for almost 30 years. Fullam is my favorite Chinese restaurant in the world. I even remember the first time I ate there as a teenager and came back to NYC telling my friends about their crispy seaweed, prawn crackers, sweet and sour cod, and crispy duck. I recently took my daughter here and this was the first Chinese meal she devoured though she has rejected all duck except from here. I cannot visit Devon without having a meal from here, and it never disappoints me.

Great 80th Birthday celebration at Chy. One of our favourite restaurants due to consistency with food and service. Staff are always so welcoming and we are never rushed.

We had such a lovely time here for a family birthday celebration. The staff were so friendly and bubbly, and the food was absolutely delicious. Everything was so fresh and full of flavour. Prices were very reasonable too, considering the quality. We will definitely be returning.

I've passed this restaurant many times and I've always wanted to eat here: I got the chance due to a family birthday meal. The meal was delicious from start to finish, beautifully presented, with great customer service. Definitely recommended!

All my family , children and granchildren had a lovely buffet meal just before christmas , the staff were excellent and service was too . Came here with some friends- apart from an initial mix up when someone had cancelled our booking- after a little wait this was sorted out and the manager was very apologetic. The food was hot and delicious. The service was efficient and polite. Absolutely no complaints and would definitely go again.
