The best restaurants serving Fast food food in South West

This branch now forces customers to use the self service kiosks. I don't want to use the kiosk because I want marinara sauce on my sub and the kiosk gives you no option to add that. I even explicitly asked if I could order at the checkout because of this, and he said no. So I started ordering at one of the kiosks, and because I took more than thirty seconds while trying to navigate the on-screen menus, it reset my order and made me start again. I pointed this out to the guy and he told me to use another kiosk. I asked why I can't just order from him and he just said "we don't do that here". It wasn't busy. There was no queue in front of me. Other branches let me order at the checkout, why has this one suddenly shifted to forcing everyone to use a kiosk and outright refusing to serve people who don't want to use it. They have the equipment and ability to take your order at the till, they just don't want to. He is the second member of staff to do this to me, so it must be store policy there. And they enforce it to a point of ridiculousness. Either fix your self service kiosks to allow people to customize subs the way they want, or let people order at the checkout.

Veggie burger with a SLITHER of halloumi. Milkshakes that were 1000% made with Tesco value icecream and no where near enough Oreo’s. *oh and partners just found a hair in his burger 😬 I urge you to avoid and order from We Do Eats or Guru Js. If anything, they’re both cheaper and the food is SO SO much better. Genuinely disappointed. Missing my weekly milkshake fix after that milky mess.

Ordered from Drive-thru. Ridiculous wait, around 20 minutes at least. Food was cold and only got 18 chicken nuggets instead of 20. No dips. Really poor.

Received our delivery. The food was cold and we didn't get any drinks or sauces. Ubereats delivered and their customer helpline was useless.

Food was nice but took a while to deliver and there was quite a alot of mess on the tables despite it being basically empty

Not all Burger Kings are equal, but this a good one. Love the food but hate the screen-based ordering system. Still recommend it - FAR better than McDonald's 👍
