Arrived perfectly on time. Food was hot and really tasty. Will definitely order from here again.

I have had takeaway before usually good however last night had a takeaway and it was awful chips mushy not usual quality and burger meat nasty the lettuce was brown sloppy put me off ordering again

The fish was stale, completely stewed and had gone yellow and dry at the edges. It was obvious the food had been sat in dirty oil and certainly not made fresh to order. The chips were like eating leather so chucked the majority of the meal in the bin. Absolutely awful and only tried here after the first choice venue was shut. Would not recommend at all.

Had a nice portion of fish n chips and numerous pints of ice cold lager in the garden. As with all seaside towns, the food was over priced, but can’t complain on what it was like. Beer was better though! Definitely recommend for a pint and food On a sunny day

Horrible, freezing cold shed of a venue. Asked for one of the completely empty booths and was told they were for 4 only. Given no choice of table. Fries were cold, in fairness these were removed from the bill. Customer service was poor. Food average. The business has not improved since the rationalisation.

Great food and service at a reasonable price. Will definitely be going back again.

Good portion size chips, old school but you pay modern prices for it, wrapped in paper, best chips around

Homeleigh garden centre, is welcoming and friendly. Food is is amazing lovely size portions. Service is quick given with a smile. Would recommend to any age good. 👌

Always a delight to dine here. Friendly service, delicious fish & chips. I’m particularly a fan of the poached salmon and onion rings.

The food was tasty and the portions were sizable, all for a cost-effective price. I was so full I had to get a to go pack.

Absolutely superb - the Gluten Free options are spot on, just a little bit on the pricey side.

The tuna and cucumber baguette has barely any tuna in it. Very similar for all the other baguettes. It's definitely not worth it anymore.

We visited on a Friday evening for food before seeing a show at the empire, the atmosphere was great and the staff were extremely friendly! We had 4 meals and all the food was red hot, delicious and very good portion sizes , my husband left his glasses on the table that evening, I rang back and they confirmed they were there and with us being a 3hr drive away, they offered to post them out to us! Absolutely amazing service, I would not hesitate to return next time we are in Sunderland

A lovely place with lovely staff, and anyone into cars gets a big thumbs up. The fish was cooked fresh and well worth the wait !!! I'll be going back in December
