so i had just went and ordered a meal for the family through the drive through and got told to wait outside in a parking space, waited for a wee bit and meal was handed to us without our drinks we had to shout a girl back over to let her know she was tall with blonde hair in a bun and she grabbed the receipt out my mums hand as if it was her fault without saying any word came back with the drinks still with nothing to say and nearly spilled the drink on my mum and walked away immediately, the customer service from that girl was shocking not even a sorry or anything and we wish we got her name
