Enjoyed a good hearty Breakfast at Center Parcs Sherwood - Eggs Benedict along with some excellent service from the restaurant staff

Visited here on a night in Thrapston. First class in customer service and food. Never had a better meal. We were welcomed and it was packed, no wonder, glad we booked. There were a few waiting on tables and they were efficient and entertaining.

Really not worth a visit.Ordered a sous vide pork shoulder which arrived at the table as tough as leather. How the cooks managed that in a sous vide i have no clue. Sent it back and was sent an overcooked steak in place of it. Left.Typical chain restaurant garbage. Just walk on past, as to be completely honest you will be better off at Mcdonalds.

He visitado este café dos veces antes y tuve una experiencia encantadora en esos momentos con buena comida. Visitado hoy para un desayuno de cumpleaños. El servicio fue increíblemente lento y esperó 15 minutos desde la primera persona que se sirve a toda la mesa con comida. Las frambuesas con mis tostadas francesas también estaban mohosas, así que las dejé en el plato. Nadie preguntó cómo estaba nuestra comida y cuando le pregunté si el último plato estaba en camino de salir, me dijeron que sí y que todavía tomó otros 10 minutos y que no era como se describe en el menú, pagó adicional por el helado que no vino. Five friends and four guide dogs enjoy there night out. It is so nice to be welcome into a restaurant that doesn’t make you feel a Burden because of the dogs and sit you hidden away. Made to feel welcome by all the restaurant staff that look after us. Meal and evening excellent

First visit to the cafe, would never return! From the get go it was a nightmare booking was difficult, turned up looking forward to afternoon tea with a friend and was sat in ‘the lounge’ which was freezing cold. when I advised manager Amir he tried to fob me off and when I persisted it would not be an enjoyable experience to sit in the cold he said he would see if he could get some hot water bottles…these were never given and he never returned to advise this was not possible. Waitress who initially served us was unaware of what was given in an afternoon tea and therefore we missed the mocktails at the beginning and half way through reminded about these by this time we were drinking our hot drinks. Sandwiches came with basic dry bread even though menu states brioche, barely any filling in the sandwiches more chutney and few shreds of cheese, salmon sandwiches were half filled and half empty. we requested 2 fruit scones to be given one plain and one fruit again both very dry. You get 1/2 samosa per person! We left leaving the plates mostly filled due to the poor food…when we brought this to the attention of the waitress she came back saying her manager was not available but having spoke to him he would allow 10% deduction. I stated this didn’t seem fair and then spoke to Amir who shared that it was our opinion, previous afternoon tea experiences had not felt the same and that he would not deduct anymore as the director would not allow this. He blamed chefs and waiting staff for failings advising that she was in training and then said it was unfortunate as they had a bigger booking at the same time as us hence our experience! ( why book so many people if you can’t manage). Amir offered for us to come back but having been so rude to customers I really would not want to pay another visit to the cafe. I was told that the director would come back to me on my compliant…never to hear anything!
