The best restaurants serving Greek food in England

We dined on a quite Wednesday night but this did not detract from the service provided or ambiance.

A perfect mix of Greek and Italian. Service and food were just amazing!!

Probably my favourite restaurant in the whole city: delicious food, family owned and run, which is reflected in the warm friendly service, lovely setting. This place ticks ALL the boxes.

Went on a Wednesday evening with the family I had a nice medium rare steak with chips and peppercorn sauce this was beautiful steak with fries and it was warm with great service from the nice fella Dilan.atmosphere was beautiful with the Greek music highly recommend going here.Will definitely visit again next week 😀

We booked for our family of 11 for Xmas eve and had a wonderful time. The atmosphere was great, the service amazing and the food wonderful. It was our first time and we will definitely be back. Thank you!

I can’t give any stars for the atmosphere as we booked a table at 5pm at the end of January, on a very stormy day, so feel it would be unfair. But in terms of the food we ordered pitta breads and hummus and Melitzanosalata dips which were lovely, the pittas were lovely and warm. We also ordered a starter to share, we got the feta parcel (1 parcel each) these were so lovely. Then I had the prawns for the starter and was presented with 3 prawns!! the starter was £10.70 which personally is an absolute rip off, the prawns did taste nice though, but not worth that money. For the main we got the mixed grill for 2 and I was expecting so much more from this dish, my expectation was chicken souvlaki with Pork gyros wraps, with salads and dips etc on the side, instead we were presented with 4 dry skewers of meat, and loads pork meat that was dry and looked like it had come from the kebab shop, a bowl of chips and some salad. Was not particularly impressed at all!

We recently visited the Olive Garden for a family birthday party, having been a few times before. The food was excellent, tasty and fresh, the service was also excellent and there was a great atmosphere. We were a party of 20 and despite two from our party being late and the added confusion that a larger party brings, the waitresses were highly professional and really couldn’t do enough for us. My partner and I visit Gorleston a few times a year to visit family and we are already looking forward to returning to the Olive Garden on our next visit.

Really friendly from the start, nice atmosphere too. Ordered way too much food but they bagged it up for me to take home with a portion of Baklava. My wife is Gluten free and she raved about the choice and that they had GF pitta too. Will definitely be making this a regular visit.

I had been planning to visit this restaurant for a long time, and I finally got the chance. It’s a charming, old-fashioned spot, and we were warmly welcomed by a lovely lady. We ordered both starters and main courses. The Greek salad was fresh, though the feta cheese was served in very small pieces. The main course portions were generous and flavorful. The spaghetti Bolognese was delicious, and the chicken with mushroom sauce was excellent with crunchy chips. The lady serving us was friendly and kind. The only downside was the noticeable smell of dampness.

Its shut now i hope it comes back i swear no lie they where breaking plates on the floor. There was dancing the food was very nice and great value for money. Hope it comes back.

I used to have coffe with cakes here but now the service is awful, i ordered cakes and kunafa with coffee to have outside of the shop, the tables are dirty no one cleans them, bird 💩 there and before having the coffee the lady over the table shout and say pay now, i left everything behind, that was very bad experience i

Good food. Good value for money. Professional and friendly staff, and most importantly of all the place is spotlessly clean. Bonus points for the cat.
