The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Hamburgers food

Don't expect hot food or clean tables. It is not a nice experience. Chips cold, not one single clean table. Even though it was empty.

This place is a joke. Order half of chicken lemon and herb. Got 8 spicy hot wings instead. 5 chicken strips lemon and herb turned out to be so spicy they weren't enjoyable. Cold wedges and cold garlic bread. Tried to call but no answer. Going to go in tomorrow for a full refund and will never return. Shambles!!!!!!

Went there today - no tea, no decaf. Place filthy tables looked like they had not been cleaned in hours. Toilets unclean, avoid.

Bad from start to finish Looking for a quick meal at the services after a long journey. Never again! 1. No receipt from the self service kiosk 2. The eating area was disgusting - food and rubbish all over floor and tables. I dread to think how bad the kitchen was if the customer area is so bad. It was a disgrace. 3. Bins overflowing. No idea when they were last emptied or if anyone cared. 4. Service was poor 5. Food was awful and went in the bin. It was super greasy and tasted like stale oil. How can anyone accept running a restaurant in such a state. No pride, no standards and no hope for Burger King. Worst experience in years.

I ordered through the McDonalds app. Half of my order was missing, what arrived at all was stone cold. When I called to complain, they told me to chase down uber, who delivered the order. When i told them that I ordered through McDelivery, not Uber they refused to give a refund, in spite of the fact that their own Terms and Conditions states that the responsibility lies with the restaurant.

Tried to make me use the self ordering machine, was not taking no for an answer, eventually got served after I asked if they wanted to cook it myself
