The best restaurants serving Indian food in Merton London

A decent away day visit. The views are good from all areas. The food outside the stadium is decent too and not too expensive. Stewards friendly. The ground is in the university part of town and easily accessible from M54. Parking is not too terrible with a short walk . A few car parks charge 5£ fair enough.

Excellent food something a bit different from the usual Indian curry house you go to

This is not Indian food. Honestly, I’m not sure what cuisine this is—perhaps they’ve created their own. Every curry tasted overwhelmingly of coconut paste, with no distinct flavors or variety.

Excelente comida del sur de la India servida en un entorno sin pretensiones. Uno de los mejores restaurantes indios de la zona, junto a la estación de Raynes Park y al que merece la pena viajar.

Excellent food! Had a takeaway : mixed starter (Samosa, onion Bhaji and Chicken tikka), chicken curry, naan and Bombay Aloe. Easy to order online and delivered promptly.. Thoroughly enjoyed every mouthful and look forward to ordering from them again!

As Always Excellent service and food (will be sad to not be able to order again due to closure) I Wish them the best for the future.

Our local Indian restaurant and always have a great meal there, either dine in or takeaway. Recommend the lamb bhuna and prawn dhansak

It was rlly good but a bit to expensive the service was long and the atmosphere was perfect

felt I had to submit a review when I realised that Indian Gossip as a restaurant does not exist any more and the food came from a takeaway in Wandsworth. The food was so late that we drove up to Indian Gossip and it is no longer there. this was also confirmed by the driver when he bought the dishes that were missing. This shouldn't be allowed as there is no way to trace where the food is coming from surely this is wrong. Food was really not good

Staff were kind and exactly on time with my order. The food was delicious. I rang ahead while driving and they had the order waiting by the time I arrived.

After a few (or more) drinks, my husband and I were after somewhere to have a late night meal. After googling what was still open, we settled on Chutneys.We were shown to a table and given plenty of time to choose drinks and food, despite the late hour.The food was fantastic. I had a mild chicken dish (can't remember what it was called) and my husband had a whole tandoori chicken. I've never seen a dish like this in an Indian restaurant but he said it was delicious. As was the garlic naan, which was really light and not at all doughy. Really good food and friendly service.

Yesterday was the last day for this restaurant. I have had many happy nights here. You will be sorely missed.

Deliciosa. Un negocio familiar realmente encantador. El personal era servicial y amable y la comida era fresca y llena de sabor. Me ajustaron un plato para que no fuera demasiado picante sin ningún problema. También es un restaurante de bebidas alcohólicas que es ideal para mantener los costos bajos. Excelente comida, excelente servicio, sin duda volveremos.
