¡Ya he vuelto a reservar! Gracias por todos los que nos cuidaron anoche. Fue muy apreciado😀

Wanted a decent Indian when staying at the Hilton on Deansgate saw this on trip advisor with good ratings and only a few minutes walk. Nicely furnished and the food was excellent great friendly service from the waiter. If you like Indian food this is well worth going, this is one of the best Indian restaurants I’ve been in.

Visited the day following a football match and can honestly say it is one of the best places in Central Manchester if quality food, a great variety and friendly service is what you're looking for. My friends accompanying me never go out to restaurants and were very nervous but the nerves were soon dissipated as a result of the stunning surroundings and general welcoming atmosphere on display at the Sangam. Great recommendation from my cousin and we will certainly be back soon! (Lovely chatting to the owner and hearing all about his high profile guests over the years!)

Lively fun independent food and beers from Vocation Brewery, over the street from The Bridgewater Hall.

Average Indian restaurant. The Okra fries were too soggy, not crispy and thin like it is supposed be. The sprouts bhaji had little sprouts and tasted more like onion bhaji. Overall an okayish place. Good interior giving you a college canteen vibe. But average in terms of food!

This place is fantastic, great/industrial setting which creates the atmosphere. Bench style communal seating is very relaxed and the food was superb, fresh very well spiced and our sharing platter just kept inviting you back more. Beers were great too, and the staff were very friendly. We were on a business trip, so it was refreshing to be able to hold a discussion without fighting music, and even though the atmosphere was buzzing with similar conversation this did not detract at all. All in all a very worthy 5/5.

Have to give 1 star unfortunately for the terrible service, had to wait an eternity to get my dessert after the meal because they forgot. You’ve got one job guys! India has high standards for its hospitality, kindly don’t blemish it. Given the fact that there were just two tables being served including mine, they didn’t give me my drink along with the spicy dosa I had. Had to wait long for the drink and my dosa got cold. Didn’t ask for a sambar or chutney refill given how late they were to everything. Then I had to wait really long for the Shahi tukda and when it arrived, it didn’t look or taste like shahi tukda, slate or hardened croutons served in a tiny bowl, it was missing rabdi or a thickened reduction as mentioned in their menu and flavours balance was quite off. It was too much on salty side. Didn’t have much expectations from it anyway.

Great food, great service, great atmosphere. 4 of us dined here and we all loved everything. We particularly enjoyed the skewers salmon tikka, delicious. The waiter was friendly and attentive. The price was reasonable at £18-£25 per main course and £7 for a pint of Cobra & £5 glass of prosecco. Definitely worth a visit.
