Absolutely outstanding food I order from here all the time food is always hot, tried most of the menu and literally can’t fault it, staff are fantastic and this is by far the nicest Indian restaurant/takeaway on the Wirral, you can dine in or take away. GET YOUR ORDERS IN YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've only lived in the North West for 2yrs and in that time I've completely fallen in love with Mowgli's (Water St). I genuinely didn't think it was possible to find a restaurant to top it. However after visiting both Liverpool and Heswall Barton Rouge restaurants I've been blown away by the quality of service & food. I would not hesitate to recommend Barton Rouge to anyone and cannot wait to return. Thanks to all the staff at Heswall for helping me embarrass my uncle Shaun on his birthday tonight 🥳 🎂 🥮

This was our second visit to the restaurant. While the first experience was smooth, the second was very disappointing. It took 15-20 minutes for someone to take our order, and despite informing us of delays, the food arrived an hour after ordering. In total, we waited around an hour and a half, which was frustrating. There were only two staff members managing everything—serving food, clearing tables, handling payments, and parcels—on a busy Friday evening. They should consider having more staff on weekends or peak hours to ensure better service.

We’ve ordered from the millennium a few times but sadly will not be ordering again as the quality of food has gone really downhill. Lamb really tough, small portions etc. It used to be so tasty and good portions but now food is overpriced and tasteless not to mention they miss food off your order (takeaway)

We always make Thursday night our dining out night and Magic Spices is by far our favourite restaurant. We try to go to a different restaurant each week, but invariably find ourselves back here at least once a month. The service is warm, welcoming and very friendly. The food is absolutely fantastic and always fresh. I've been to restaurants were the meat feels like it's been sat in an oven for ages. I always have the Roshun Morris Doniya (excuse the spelling) and have never been disappointed. We usually have the mixed kebab for two for starter, which always draws jealous stares from the other diners. In summary: The staff are brilliant. The decor is lovely. The food is fantastic. I keep laughing at people who give one out of five because their food wasn't salty enough. . . . Put some salt on and stop whining.
