The best restaurants serving Indian food in Milton Keynes South East

Had a lovely home made curry. The staff we’re extremely friendly. Also couldn’t get over how spotlessly clean the toilets were. Very enjoyable and reassuring.

Been a couple of times, once as a group of four and again as a group of eight. Food and service is great.

I ordered a delivery take away, before opening time so I would be early delivery. Got confirmation of time. 40 minutes after the stated time food arrived it was Luke warm at best, I phoned restaurant to complain it was a waste of time. Man said if not happy he would send driver back to collect the food, once collected I could go on website and request a refund. This in itself was odd why would I hand back food then request refund. Obviously I said no. So he said that was my only option keep cold food or hand back without refund???? Then driver came for collection. He phoned restaurant and was told I could have 10% discount next time. I have eaten in restaurant several times without issue but normally get takeaway from elsewhere but it was busy and a long wait. So thought I would try there. The takeaway food was far blander than in restaurant. So my advice do not use for delivery. If I could have left 0 I would have done, just just for the appalling customer service. And cold bland food

Super customer support. 8 really like their way of handling customers. They are too friendly as they know how to make customers happy by their nice hospitality and their dishes are so nice as well.

I had such a great dining experience, the food was amazing and reasonably priced, the service was outstanding and I particularly liked that the tables are well spaced out and not crammed in to get extra covers, at times it felt like me and my partner had the restaurant to ourselves even though it was packed, staff were attentive without being overbearing and we never waited for anything, the owner is very friendly and made us feel welcome, you can really feel that it is a family run restaurant as the atmosphere is so relaxed. I rarely leave reviews but I honestly had the best dining experience I can remember so would've been rude not to, If you like Indian cuisine get yourself down to the grange... you won't be disappointed

We were surprised to find out that 10% of bills as service charges was added after payment, without any notification! 2 adults + 1 kid, no feeling of being served. we was pointed to a table, and after we sit, waiter asked us to move to next table and said 9 people booked the first table and other tables. However, the table was given to a couple when we were still there. The group of 9 never appeared. We were not given a plate after we were moved to second table, don’t understand how your “service fee” contribute to? I’ve read through other reviews, clearly, people were charged service charges before without consent. So, you are still do the same thing, without improving any. By only apologising to some reviews but still doing it is really … Definitely won’t come back. Won’t recommended it to anyone I knew!

Very good service and food , Had a very good Indian breakfast this morning. Ghatihya, Jelabi and Khaman Dhokla. Try these and you will be happy all week. Freshly cooked Chilli Paneer and Chana too, very tasty takeaway.

Booked for family Christmas eve. Arrived to find bar full of drunk young men (guess a work do). Didnt mind them enjoying themselves but we were told to sit at the table in the bar. As it was too rowdy we moved ourselves to the restaurant side (why were we not sat there to begin with). The food was good but unfortunately the service was not. Had to chase drinks orders, then the extra rice arrived at the end of the meal? Overall lovely curry & good value

We’ve only had takeaways from here so I can’t comment on atmosphere, but wow! Without a doubt the best curry takeaways we’ve had in our 15 years of living in Milton Keynes!

First time ordering from here. We ordered the Garlic Chilli Chicken & Garlic Chilli Masala Chicken with sundries. Both curries were very tasty and will definitely be ordering again whilst we're working down here. great service all around 👍🏻

The food was absolutely delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. However, the customer service fell short of expectations. After we finished and requested the bill, the manager processed the payment without exchanging a single word. When I said thank you, there was no acknowledgment, and he turned away without a proper farewell. A warm and courteous interaction would have made the experience truly exceptional.

I have been ordering from Cafe balti for over 10 years now. We had placed a order that apparently was not received on the website. We phoned Cafe balti to confirm delivery after we had booked it for 18.00 hrs. The management told my wife it was OK and that the order will be delivered in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later I called and was kept on the phone for a further 10 minutes on hold. I got my wife to call again and she was told that no order was received. I phoned and complained and instead off understanding the situation they tried to blame us for the order. Even arguing with me on the phone pathetic. This place and business have gone down terribly in my estimation. Never will I be using Cafe Balti again Ever. Disgusting service and very un professional behaviour POOR.

Food was delivered promptly and hot.

Eat here once every couple of months with an old work mate. Food is always amazing. Banquet nights are really good value. Cannot be beaten for quality and and value for money in Newport Pagnell or MK.
