Food was cold and flavour less today and rubbery we order alot from here and we always have good things to say but all of it was not nice and cold

Not so good tonight. Chicken was tough, with a few grisly bits. Lemon rice didn’t taste of lemon maybe overcooked or just no lemon. Had better from them. Seek kebab was nice.

First order from here..food was hot on delivery. Very tasty, 100% will be back again, food is really nice. Thank you for a lovely meal.

My order was given to the wrong customer and we had to wait 20 minutes for it to be remade.

Been here for birthday occasion and worth it tried their chicken tikka masala which was best curry I have eaten in long while thanks for making our night special

This is no longer roopanar it is now Yousufs and the food is ok when it finally arrives we waited over 2 hours it finally arrived with a mumbled apology from the driver, they need to learn customer relations a phone call to explain they had a shortage staff would be courtesy we won’t order from them again I shouldn’t have to chase them up several times

Collection for 20:15, ordered at 19:30, get there at 20:15 and did not receive order until 21:00, food if being highly generous was below average at best!!

Consistently excellent food. Highly recommended take away, best Indian we’ve found in north Plymouth including the Crownhill area. Order from them regularly , never disappointed. Recommend trying them, great family run Indian take away,

Relaxing, airy, pleasant outside space and a few across and over Drake Circus, and tops of Cornwall and Mayflower Streets toward the south and the bluffs. Medium prices for some good ish hot and cold meals not least the lunch plates.

The experience at this establishment was utterly disappointing, particularly due to the unprofessional demeanor of the staff. The ladies at the front desk exhibited a cheap and dismissive attitude, coupled with rude behavior that left a sour impression. They seemed to assume that customers were there to seek freebies, which is both insulting and degrading. Such a mindset not only undermines the reputation of the business but also reflects poorly on their training and professionalism. To make matters worse, the owner appeared to be clueless about how to handle customers effectively. Instead of addressing concerns or fostering a welcoming atmosphere, their approach felt indifferent and unhelpful. A customer visiting their premises deserves respect, courtesy, and proper assistance—not condescension or apathy. Spending money at such a place feels like a waste when the service fails to meet even basic standards of decency. The lack of proper customer service highlights a severe gap in management and employee etiquette. It’s baffling that an establishment would allow such behavior to persist without rectification. Good service is the backbone of any business, and this one clearly lacks it. In the end, visiting here feels less like an enjoyable experience and more like a regrettable ordeal. Such treatment not only drives away potential customers but also tarnishes the credibility of the establishment in the long run.

First time ordering here and now it’s my favourite! Lovely flavoured food and delivered hot! Cant wait for my next order

Puedo entender por qué la gente menguante de Union Street puede encontrar que esperar unos minutos para llevar un curry es un poco engorroso o inusual en las primeras horas, pero durante muchos años me pareció una opción agradable y sabrosa, completamente satisfactoria. Great counter staff and delivery drivers. A little more expensive than some others but you can taste the difference.

Food cold, chips soggy. I've used this takeaway for years. extremely awful food today disappointed as its usually beautiful food.

Delicious vegetable curries,pilai rice and plain naan bread,believe me you do not need flavoured naan here! The vegetable madras if rich and full of flavour and the Saag aloo is out of this world and heavenly too. They kindly added 3 scrumptious onion Bhaji's free to our order which was a lovely surprise.
