The best restaurants serving Indian food in Bradford Yorkshire and The Humber

We went for my birthday meal (nov 2023). I ordered lamb masala which was made with coconut. I do not like coconut at all and the taste makes me sick. I did point this out to the manager. We polite pointed out to him that we did not see coconut on the menu or have we never had a Masala tasted of coconut. His reply was rude and I felt a bit obnoxious. He just kept saying he had been making curries for 36 years . I feel the whole experience ruined my birthday meal out. Yes we did pay the full amount of the bill as he didnt even offer to compensate the meal. Which i did not eat. The portion size was also on the little side . the whole meal 2 drinks and 2 main meal no starter or pudding was £36 . We would not recommend going there to any one. On the plus side his daughter was polite and helpful.

Often visit for their fish and chips. The fish is always cooked to perfection, generous portion of fish, not too oily or heavy. Thin but complimenting skin. The chips are thick and go perfectly with the salad and sauce. Other dishes I can recommend is the chicken grill and pitta, Springs special pizza, keema achar pizza and scollop butty.
