Was visiting Stockton to go to the Globe Theatre to see Six the musical (last min decision!) Unfortunately I didn't get in as it was card only and only took cash ! I was now in Stockton with nothing to do and walked past this restaurant which I remembered was my Nanas fav restaurant! I thought I'd pop in! All the girls working front house were so lovely and welcoming! And I felt happier leaving than when I walked in after missing the show! So thank you And will pop in again another time !

Managed to book a table at very short notice for a group of dance kids and mams inbetween shows at the arc. There was 17 of us and they even accommodated adding a few more very last minute. The boss couldn’t have been more accommodating! We agreed to pre order to speed things up as we only had an hour before we have to be back. Everything was great, the service, food, politeness of staff. Someone said the lasagne was the best they had ever had. Thank you so much, cannot reccommend Borges enough!

Not a great experience tbh. The staff were fine but the food is very average and expensive . Ordered penne arrabiate and it came with pickled Jalapeño peppers in it which spoilt the taste of the dish. instead of chilli flakes . The portion was ridiculously small for £15 and it was only helped because I paid extra for chicken. The other main meals didn't eleven have salad or coleslaw with them . Poor tbh and not cheap considering the food was average

Sólo quería decir que asistimos a un 13 cumpleaños pasado fin de semana y estuvo genial, el personal no podía hacer más para ayudar. Fue un gran ambiente con un gran equilibrio para jóvenes adolescentes. Recomiendo altamente este hotel para cualquier función y la comida era deliciosa y disfrutamos de todo el mundo.

Dreadful food and drink both quantity and quality at an extraordinary price. Could count on one hand the chicken on the Pizza. Will not be going here again in the near future.

Don't be put off by the chaos or apparent rudeness of staff at this little gem tucked away off piste in Bakewell. These are genuine, friendly, honest, hard-working people, largely misunderstood because of their personalities, colourful, loud and expressive- he happens to be Sicillian, and a little less expressive- she happens to be Ukrainian. We stopped briefly for hot drinks, the hot chocolate amazingly rich and full of flavour. We haven't sampled the food yet but will definitely be back. They know what they're doing, they just do it their own way, with passion and a little chaos. Nothing wrong with that.

Girl on phone is so rude.the food was so cold I will never ever going to order here again. Waste of money and time.
