We decided on Pizza hut as that's what the kids wanted. It's our last time I'm afraid. There used to be a lot more Pizza huts but now I see why some are disappearing. I cannot fault the staff. The service was good. The food however just seems a rip off, even though we went for one of the 'deals' The kids were happy enough, however, as the paying adult I was disappointed with the quality of the food. Very little sauce on the pizza and very little cheese. It meant for a very dry pizza. I asked if they had some olive oil or chilli oil, the answer was no. Only the bottled sauces on the side which was ketchup or bbq sauce. I tried the mayo from the salad bar. Not sure what kind of mayo it was but it was inedible. This is a pizza restaurant and there was hardly any condiments. It beggars believe there was no olive oil. 3 adult sized pizzas which were very mediocre, a kids pizza meal deal and 4 bottomless drinks for £60. That's the last time that happens.

Staying overnight at the hotel prior to a Hospital procedure, booked a table for 1800hrs when it opened. The staff were attentive, when it came to the wine list, we hit the same problem again as we did in the bar, the wine list, no Australian or NZ wines. We ordered a Spanish Rioja, we were informed it was not avaliable last one went on the weekend. We ordered an Argentinian wine red Argento, eventually it appeared , with the apology that it came direct from the cellar stone cold. We had ordered our starters, so we left the wine until it got nearly to room temperture in our room and had two Gin and Tonic's as our apertif. The meal was pretty average and a shame because the staff on the floor were friendly and doing their best . In summary I should have bought snacks in Starbucks.

I finished work at 2.30am and hadn't eaten most of the day as did my partner. I ordered pasta with cream sauce and chicken,Rataoulle, a strawberry cheese cake and 2 cans or pop... first of all. The ratatouille and pasta with cream sauce and chicken was awful. I felt because it was late they had thrown all the scraps together from what ever was left and stuck it in the microwave. A garlic bread with cheese aswell which was freezing cold that looked like it had been sat there for ages. And the cheese cake was frozen solid. All of it went straight in the bin. We drank our cans of pop and went to bed hungry. Definitely won't be ordering from here again. I only put 1 star because there wasn't an option not to put one. Not even 1 star from me
