Lovely food for a good price, made even better by amazing staff! Quick service and top quality food

We learnt of Big Pizza Pies via facebook, and my partner and I have been fans ever since. Beautiful hand made pizzas cooked in front of you in a wood fire, they are to die for! While I'm a simple margherita fan, my partner loves the different specials they have on every week, especially the cumberland sausage ones.

Pizza van in Local community hall car park, there most Saturdays. More to the point they're very good and keeping you informed via Facebook if they won't be there. Good selection of excellent Pizzas at reasonable prices,

Our first time here, we have been waiting for ages to get in due to it’s popularity! It certainly didn’t disappoint. Delightful and charming atmosphere and the food was delicious! You certainly can’t ever leave feeling hungry!

Very busy night when we visited which is why we didn't complain on the night. It's not that there was anything wrong with the food...it was just underwhelming on this occasion. My Salmon penne had about 4 teeny pieces of salmon in it which meant the flavour was lost in the cream. My friend ordered Arrabiata and her portion was tiny compared to everyone else's. We waited 25 mins for the waiting staff to notice we had finished and clear the dirty dishes. Even then they only cleared them because my friend went to the counter to ask for the bill. Such a shame as it's usually lovely in here. Can only put it down to them being busy. Will probably go back to try again when they aren't so busy.

We have been to this restaurant at least three tines a year, because we like to go to others for a change but I can honestly say the food and the service is absolutely amazing just going to book for our first night of the year. By the way I'm gluten free and I miss out on nothing.

Being here earlier in the year, loved it x hubby surprised me with a little sneaky night away & we got a pod😛 img always wanted to stay in a pod ! Was super clean the shower was amazing & at first thought it would be could but boost the heating up was red hot!! The bedding linen etc were exceptionally clean honestly I can’t wait to go back!!! The staff, the locals are really lovely people ….. my only concern is I’m writing this & Steve & team get so booked up I won’t be able to get a room xxx we’ll find guys x bagel of a place x ❤️

Ate here today with my daughter's and other family members and we can't fault it at all. We have eaten here several times and it is consistently beautiful food and always very good service. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

Dined at restaurant with friends my husband wanted to visit the restaurant because he remembers the restaurant from English dam side, we were all delighted with the general ambiance, service and above all the food, which we feel very authentic Italian, we really appreciated not being rushed felt very relaxed chatting to our friends between courses and enjoying the lovely wine, have no hesitation in recommending this restaurant and will definite visit next time we visit Carlisle. Thank you to the staff great service and warm welcome.

Food was uncooked, I ordered the Bacon double cheeseburger with fries, The fries were fine however the burger was undercooked and pink inside, When I pointed this out to the server she replied you should tell us how you want your burger cooked, and still charged me full price for a meal I refused to eat. I suggest you stay away, Unless you want to get ill, Was a decent place however the standard is below what is expected.

Something gone wrong with this place, one time favourite for good Italian. Now the usual rubber garlic bread like all the other take aways in chorley, Lasagne-hardly any pasta, Sloppy with huge lumps of mince, Spag bog chillied up. Disappointed. I liked the starter though.

The food was excellent, My wife and I would highly reccomend this restraunt. Martin and his staff have a fantastic business and we are looking forward to going in the New Year
