We came early for dinner ,so had a good chat with the staff ,the waiter very friendly and helpful. As for the food it was to a very high standard and tasted great ,all freshly cooked , very authentic. The wine was also good and balanced the crab pasta. Definitely worth another visit.

We came with friends in March, a large booking of 15 for a meal. We arrived promptly at 7.30 but our food didn’t come out until just after 9pm. Whilst I appreciate we were a large group, 9pm isn’t satisfactory. The waiter was lovely and clearly the issue wasn’t with him but I question why they take large bookings if you can’t accommodate a reasonable time frame for serving large parties. If I’m honest I won’t recommend or return. I wanted to feedback as clearly this is something the restaurant needs to review and improve on

Prezzo is great value, given that it's a step up from normal chain restaurants, and the staff service is excellent - friendly, knowledgable, helpful. As a vegetarian I'd like to see more of those options on the menu, but Prezzo's offerings are much better than most (e.g. Bella Italia). Staff are fab, the food's great - what's not to like?

I celebrated at Bella Italia Crawley for New Years Eve Celebrations with my family and it was nothing short of fantastic. We were met at the door by a nice gentlemen called Ovi who dropped what he was doing to welcome us. His service was charming and friendly,he made us laugh and I don't think I have ever had better service anywhere else. The food was absolutely sensational as always alongside it being served quickly and on hot plates. I had the mushroom al forno and meat feast pizza as part of the set menu and not only was it delicious but also it was very good value. I highly recommend Bella Italia Crawley to anyone who is in the area. 10/10

There is a real struggle to justify £26.15 spent here. The tuna melt was barely filled and just had an overriding taste of canned tuna brine. Bread was soft and panini was warm but really, that is the bare minimum to expect! The chicken milanese panini was ok, very thin bit of chicken and some weird stodgy bits with tiny bits of bacon. Cheese melted was just greasy, solidified and flavourless. Chips were ok for frozen chips. Best tasting item was the coke zero.
