The best restaurants serving Italian food in South East

Looking at various food options in Penarth we saw some good reviews for this place. As we got close the smell of what was to come drew me in! I wasn’t disappointed. Excellent pizza, value, friendly service. Will return.

Amazing lunch with my friend, great service and food came out swiftly and was lovely will definitely be back. Highly recommend. Ordered a passion fruit martini and it was delicious.

The problem with this place is the manager. My friend has Parkinsons disease which makes speech very difficult. She was told by the manager to get out because she was drunk. She only drinks Coke. She was in tears and I gave the manager a piece of my mind. The manager insulted my other friend saying he is too fat, and banned him saying he didn't want him here. He patronises customers, saying that you have to sit here, insulting them by pointing at tables. His pizzas are small thin and inconsequential at an enourmous price, over £20. The manager is stark raving mad, charging up and down the tiny seating area talking to himself and making hand signs. This guy is a bully to his young staff who are amazing in their manners and attentiveness. Many customers complain, but are ignored because that guy is arrogant. there are many pizza places in the area where you will get friendlier and more respectful service.

Fantastic authentic Napoli pizza! This was the best pizza we’ve had in Brighton, especially take away. We had a Napoli, Diavola and a mozzarella and garlic pizza. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be ordering regularly. We have visited Naples many times and this is just what you would get in Napoli.

Good for a hearty lunch. Relatively inexpensive, quick and piping hot, great on a wet and cold day. Friendly service also.

¡Qué hallazgo! Necesitaba desayuno, más cerca de la hora del almuerzo de lo que habíamos anticipado. Los huevos revueltos eran increíbles, bellamente cocinados tal como mi madre lo cocinó. Trajo algunas lágrimas. Rollo de tocino excelente, delicioso rollo, 'lleno' de tocino. El personal es amable y absolutamente encantador.

What a fantastic restaurant! The food is delicious with a good menu. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The service was timely and friendly. We dined as a group of four and we all enjoyed every mouthful.

Great pizza again. So tasty with thin crispy base. Plenty of toppings. Only waited 10 mins as a walk in. Well worth trying this instead of the usual chain pizza places

Worst visit I’ve ever had! The place was awful unfortunately as it’s such a beautiful building. Rude staff and disgusting cocktails. Not sure if the staff know how to make them properly. Also saw mice traps through the door of the kitchen from where I was sitting

I’m not usually one for leaving reviews, but this kebab shop definitely warrants one. This is the first time I’ve eaten here after hearing such good things from a couple of friends and it did not disappoint. Slightly out of my area, but so worth the travel and will 100% be my new kebab shop. I had a chicken kebab and the chicken was absolutely amazing!! The salad is lovely and fresh and the rice is such a good touch. Brilliant portion sizes too. You really get your moneys worth. The guy that took my order and prepared the food is really polite and nothing was too much trouble. Best kebab I’ve ever had. Thankyou

I can't speak highly enough of the quality of food and the impeccable service we received The manager and his staff were attentive professional and very friendly They really couldn't have done enough for us during our meal and the drinks we had after. The menu is very extensive and the food was all of a very high standard and beautifully presented. The restaurant itself had a great atmosphere and is stylishly decorated and we honestly could t have had a better night out. I would highly recommend this venue it is superb.

The pizza is the best beats Domino's and Pizza Hut by far and the coffee beats Costa and Starbucks too just a shame there is no where to park outside!!!!!!!!!

Quite a restaurant I went there on a saturday with my wife.The scenery was stunning and the food was absolutely delicious.Will come here again.One of my favourite italian cuisines in dartford

Desperate to try this place since the Son-in-law recommended it. Being as he’s Italian, it should be good. Pizza’s excellent. No Pasta on tonight as they had run out.??.??.?? Also no Tiramisu..??..?? What Italian is missing those two…? That being said , we had a really pleasant evening….Not particularly cheap. 1 Garlic Bread, 2 Pizzas, 2 Deserts, Glass of Wine & a Coke. £65……..Maybe I’m out of touch.

Mama's Way provided catering for a party at our home in May. We asked for a vegetarian menu, which they delivered and helped set up to serve. The food was wonderful, with compliments from our guests, including Italians. We have had good takeaways from them, but this food exceeded our expectations. We will use them again!
