The best restaurants serving Italian food in South West

We had a wonderful meal. I had the steak risotto and my husband had prawns and pasta. Both meals were really lovely. We would definitely go again the next time we visit Wootton Bassett

1.after not having breakfast because I was excited to having our special anniversary lunch. So disappointed!!It was an awful veggie meal. Didn’t eat my bruschetta.Slice of bread with beef chopped tomatoes. Main meal worse. A truffle resotto. A few mushrooms and rice over cooked with that test of vegetables oil. Could not eat it awful.

Delicious food and a lovely setting. Good value if you do the set lunch menu too. Service could be a little quicker but everyone was very friendly

Went here for my wife's birthday, we couldn't fault it, the food was amazing and the service was first class. We will be differently returning.

Absolutamente increíble comida y personal. Voy allí todos los martes y lo he hecho durante los últimos 6 meses. La comida nunca ha decepcionado y el personal siempre es acogedor y tiene un fantástico sentido del humor.

We had a puncture on the way to Devon and limped a few miles along the road until we pulled into this gem of a pub. We were greeted by friendly staff who were so helpful in trying to advise us on the local tyre and breakdown services in the area. We stopped and had coffee until the AA arrived and decided to have lunch whilst waiting for the car to be sorted. The pizzas, and coffee were so delicious. It really made a stressful situation turn into a very relaxed event. We were even asked to review the new Christmas cocktail and name it! (White Velvet btw) which was equally delicious, that I asked for the recipe 🍸 Thank you so much for being our saviours for the day! Wish we were locals as we would definitely be back.

First class service and first class food. Starters, main course and wine were exceptionally good. And excellent value for money. I wish we lived closer to Bournemouth. Would visit often

Tuve que dar mi experiencia allí tres estrellas, ya que esperamos mucho tiempo hasta que nos sirvieron. El personal se disculpó por nosotros. Había una camarera y un hombre ayudándola, pero necesitaban más personal para atender a la multitud. Definitivamente volveremos con la esperanza de que haya suficiente personal la próxima vez. Su comida hizo la diferencia.

Went here for Birthday. Wonderful food, Staff and atmosphere. Definitely will come again, even when not a special occasion.

food was really good we had pizza! really great taste! unfortunately the service was almost the worst I've ever had! the waitress forgot about us and was busy chatting in the kitchen I had to shout to get her attention! I understand we were the only people in the restaurant . however the only interaction with her was to take the order and serve it. no asking if everything is OK or do we want any more drinks! once she left our food we didn't see her again for 30 minutes!

This is a great restaurant tucked away on Wendron Street (best booking) as is open 6.30pm to 8.30pm. My wife, 12 year old son and I went again this summer. The waitress is very friendly, will go through the menu and recommend dishes and the atmosphere is authentic. The menu is full of original dishes - pastas, pizzas, seafood and chicken etc. Would thoroughly recommend Giuseppes - the food is delicious and you dont wait long.

Excellent evening with us sharing a meat and seafood platter for starters, which was just fantastic. . The steaks were cooked to order and melt in the mouth. The seafood risotto, which I asked for, Al dente...was perfect. Definitely recommend and will be visiting again Antonio (chef/owner) was very friendly and accommodating... lovely evening all around. 5*****

Need an ice cream you won't forget? Got no cash? (though they do take it). Highly recommended... There are some fabulous flavours, and they offer a tremendous option of a milkshake; I went for coffee and pistachio.
