The best restaurants serving Italian food in South West

This was our first visit to Skoozi, with 4 friends and we probably won’t be rushing back. Nobody in the local area has been able to replace Il Giardino restaurant, which didn’t reopen after Covid, as our “go-to”, special occasion restaurant. Skoozi has a lot of work to do to get near that level. Welcome ok. Service ok. Food ok. Price expensive. If you’re there during the winter, ask for a table away from the front door, as there was a cold wind blowing in the night we were there.

A lovely Italian restaurant the food was fantastic and very reasonable on price. The lady who served us was very attentive and polite. Certainly recommend.

We pre booked this restaurant in advance for the half term holiday 2024. I got an email confirmation of the booking and a further email reminder which I confirmed as requested. On the evening we travel 5 miles to the restaurant to find it closed with no explanation on the door, website or social media. Communication with this restaurant is very poor

Ordered as feeling sorry for myself after a long hard day plus blood sugars low, was charged then refunded 13 minutes later with no explanation. Thanks for nothing.

Called in on a spare of the moment thing while on Holiday so glad 😊 we did .Food was Exceptional top 👌 Mark's.the two young lady's that were serving 5 star 🌟 for very Professionalism.

Firstly I didn’t get what I ordered…& personally I don’t think sea bass really goes with risotto!! Drinks very expensive £6.50 pint lager! No Xmas atmosphere too many people crowded on one long table. My whole afternoon was a bad experience. I won’t be revisiting.

Very cosy restaurant and always has a great vibe. Perfect place for meeting up with friends, family, or even great for a date night. Food is always 10/10. The restaurant also offers BYO drinks, which is a bonus.

This is a lovely restaurant serving the best pizzas in Bristol! - but then I'm biased because it is owned by a friend of the family. All the same it is perfect for a family night out and there are midweek deals and little perks to be had here and there and the tables feel private and the seating comfortable even though it is a very lively place at times and you enjoy the people watching and sharing the good vibes. The pizza is top dollar and even though the menu is carefully limited, you can choose all sorts of extra toppings and there are lovely little extras like the fried anchovies with aioli dip and the lovely deep fried tempura courgette strips. This is a lovely place.

Service a bit slow but food was really tasty

£5 pizza was so yummy, defo would come here again - made it £17 for wine & pizza. Was recommended by a friend and would defo recommend to others

Fantastic food and brilliant service from Val, will definitely be coming back.
