The best restaurants serving Italian food in England

Quick service with a good size customisable topping menu. Starters and main were amazing, but I feel like the desert may have not been fresh (if it was, apologies, but it could have been better!) - it was still a good, tasty end to the meal!

Disappointing after the glowing reviews. Food was average, and service was mediocre. Maybe it was an off night, but unfortunately we won't be around to give it a second chance.

I organised a corporate dinner for 40 colleagues and it was fabulous! Nico and his team we so helpful in the lead-up to the event so I was fairly confident that any last minute adjustments could be accommodated and they were! We were given an area for our exclusive use and it was decorated beautifully. The food was great and was complimented on by many of our team. I would wholeheartedly recommend Riccardo's Bloody Mary - one of the best I've had! Thank you Nico, Stella, Riccardo and team. I will certainly be recommending your restaurant to others.

Had a wonderful meal with my family on a cold January Sunday. Was superb. The food was delicious and came out promptly, service was excellent, very friendly and attentive.The restaurant has a quirky family run charm. This is exactly the type of establishment that we should be supporting! The tiramisu was definitely noteworthy. Highly recommend.

Pleasantly surprised by Valentinos. Friendly staff greeted us and we were impressed by the tasteful decor and ambience as we were shown to our table. The food and service are excellent. Particularly liked the freshly baked focacia bread. The portions are not small as some have said. I had two good sized pieces of delicious veal escalope and my wife's bruschetta was plenty. The house montepulciano is also lovely. Thoroughly recommend!

Was disappointed for our night out on a Saturday First we had to ask can we order some drinks Food was ok but the pasta dish I had which was chicken and chorizo it was hunt the chicken very minute pieces in the dish the Seabass had very little on the plate and expensive for what it was. Ordered a bottle of wine for the table which came unopened and we had to ask the girl can we have it opened then brought us a cork screw for just to do it till we said please open it for us. No atmosphere and only 3 tables had dinners on them

This is the fourth year running we have had our Christmas dinner here. Yet again we were not disappointed. We had to have it on Sunday (Roast Day). The atmosphere, the service, the food, as usual, was first class. The hostess, Luciana is the face and the making of this restaurant. Along with her sisters, front of house staff and kitchen staff. I would recommend this restaurant in a heartbeat. I took my son for a meal on his 21st, along with family and was not disappointed. The food, service and prices have convinced me and other family members that this is one of the finest restaurants in this area. But don't just take my word for it, try it for yourselves, you won't be disappointed. Thank you girls and staff. And Merry Christmas to you all xxx

Xmas eve dinner. Lovely atmosphere although the lighting was a little too bright. Delicious food and super service. A complimentary Panettone given as we left, a lovely touch. Thank you.

Had a delicious 3 course dinner at Bella Napoli. There was 4 of us and we all said the same thing. Fantastic food, very nice wine and beers. Service was amazing provided by friendly and caring staff. They knew all about the menu and the wine list and were keen to explain any question we had about the food and drinks. We’ve been to Bella Napoli many times and will be going again. Had a 14" veggie with one half spiced up - not a problem for them and because he was so friendly taking the order, we decided to sit in to eat it. Thank you!!!!

Solíamos usar That's Amore regularmente antes de que el original misteriosamente desapareció, literalmente de la noche a la mañana. Después de un tiempo se hicieron cargo nuevos propietarios (que, entiendo, tienen otros locales norte de Londres) , por lo que visitamos en noviembre. En primer lugar tenían bastante bien despojó de la decoración anterior, que era bastante cálida y amable, y sustituyó lo con una monstruosidad de mural en una pared y de vuelta a ladrillos desnudos en la otra. De lo contrario nada. El servicio era extremadamente amateur. Solo había otras dos parejas en el restaurante y bien después de que un juego se fue tuve que pedir al camarero que quitarles las sobras y los platos sucios. La comida era pobre en aspecto, preparación y calidad. . . Me temo que, con el tipo de clientela de esta zona, tendrán que seriamente subir su juego si quieren sobrevivir más de seis meses. He hablado con otras tres o cuatro personas que han estado en este restaurante desde que se abrió y sus comentarios fueron todos idénticos a los míos. Tony L NW 11 . . .

Great place, lovely people and stunning food. The bruchetta was delicious and the welcome warm. I was really taken with this place; lovely people; good tasty food, and a great atmosphere at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!
