The best restaurants serving Japanese food in England

I went to this WASABI after few years and am surprised by its poor service and low quality food. I was trying to pick bowl of ramen soup from the cold section and was immediately interrupted by the gentleman working there asking me to move so he could arrange all the food in the cabinet. Next when i had to pay the same guy initially overlooked and then told me to que in the other line even though i did not need any food from the hot section. Mind you there was one customer there and me. I was already made to feel bad for buying the food from there but when i tasted the food i could not believe wasabi can be this bad. Worst experience ever with worst possible customer service.

Farthers day absolute chaos, one waitresses and one waiter chasing their tails, waited over an hour for the kids meals, they ran out of rice, food was cold. Lots of customers complaining. Never go their again.
