Tan soso. Todo parecía agradable, pero no tenía sabor. La ensalada feta necesitaba vinagre y sal y la feta casi sabía a queso de cabra. Sin sabor. Envoltura de pollo shawarma - tan bonito y sin sabor. Supuestamente había col y salsa de ajo, pero no podía probar nada. Kefte volvió a ser atractivo pero sin sabor a nada. Y una especie de cóctel que era suspodoef para ser una margarita picante pero sabía a limeaid alcohólica diluida. Todo fue totalmente decepcionante y luego la factura llegó a 80 libras y estábamos verdaderamente convencidos de que se debe evitar a toda costa.

Came here for brunch last Saturday. I booked to dine here specifically because they had great reviews for gluten free options/accommodating coeliacs. Unfortunately, this wasn’t our experience at all and my coeliac partner was flat-out refused service by the chefs and our server. Despite having a menu listing various options (v, ve, gf etc) this doesn’t mean anything as they WILL NOT cook their gf options for those who are gluten free. They weren’t even apologetic about the inconvenience, and just shrugged when I pointed out their gf marking on the menu and ‘please ask our servers about allergens’ note on the menu. As it was too late to book anywhere else on a Saturday, my friend and I ordered food while my partner just had coffee. The food was ok, on par with Bills or a similar chain, but nothing special, and arrived lukewarm. Our food arrived before our drinks which was also disappointing, and we even had to ask where are drinks were before they were made. Extremely average food, poor service, and don’t accommodate to the dietary requirements they advertise on their menus. Service was not worth the appalling 12.50% service charge they add without telling you. Would not recommend this chain.

Hossam, I tried to,contact your restaurant repeatedly and none of your phones were answered. It just kept ringing. You advertised that you do delivery but it does not appear so. Very disappointing. Won’t be ordering ..and you are losing business.
