Eaten here many times. Friendly service good food. Decent prices..what's not to like?

Loved the pork pita wrap and the lamb pita wrap. Staff was attentive and very friendly. Great spot to eat for a late dinner.

This food does not taste like Lebanese food at all very watery

The food was lovely and the service by the two guys was outstanding, but one problem the lady that works there was vaping in the front where food is being made which I found quite unprofessional. That could have been done outside the restaurant. I came in the store around 5.30pm.

Booked for a ladies 3 course set menu meal. Paid £20 each deposit. Unfortunately one on the group couldn't make it. When we informed them they said well you will lose your deposit. We said that's fine as had expected that might be the case although other restaurants have taken it off bill if majority of the party arrive. We were led to a very dark table. The last said is very dark over here but I'm sure you can deal with it. There was a rechargeable light in the take that kept going out. We were given another that did the same and had to ask for a candle. The food was nice. The server dropped cutlery over my daughter then spilled a drink over her arm and phone. The bill wasn't itemised just had a total under food. The drinks were very expensive. They had added a 12.5% service charge that we went told about it asked if we wanted it removed. The music was entertaining but so loud we couldn't hear eachother speak. When we worked out the food total as send expensive we could see that they had kept the £20 deposit but also charged us for the 3 course meal plus service charge that we didn't have. I called and someone said no manager was there they took my number and said would return my van that day. No one called. I have not been able to get through on phone since. I have left messages. I have sent emails and contacted on division media and have not been replied to. I want a refund for being overcharged. Not sure if others have been overcharged and not noticed?! Very disappointed with our experience here

Ordered a mixed kebab box (various meats, rice, bread and salad) arrived without the salad. Rang the restaurant to explain the salad was missing to be told we didn’t click the box on uber eats to say we wanted salad. (Also gave some shoddy explaination that they don’t include salad incase people are allergic??) there was no box to tick only an option to select sauce so salad should of be included just like the bread and rice were. Meal is not as advertised and not what we expected. There was no offer to send the salad only that is was us that were in the wrong not them or the website. Double checked on uber eats and there definitely wasn’t a box to tick so rang back and they wouldent accept our call. Didn’t think it was a big deal really but good customer service would have been to send the salad that we paid for and was described on their page. Won’t be using them again, clearly don’t want to rectify any problems or check their own ordering system. After reading other reviews it seems the customer is always wrong to them!

So rude when I called to say I've paid for something I didn't order, even hung up the phone on me twice after shouting at me. Incredibly rude. Will never use again. Totally disgusted with them

Excellent and individualised service from Gabi - professional, friendly and efficient. Food was very good. Third time eating here and absolutely no complaints.

We called up and complained about the food - it was completely inedible. We were offered a refund but none was forthcoming.

One off the best restaurant I have ever been and the food was amazing and the staff were amazing

I came here with my mates from church for our Christmas meal out. It was the week before Christmas. We had 3 courses. All the food was cooked beautifully. Full of flavour. I was actually shocked it was as good as it was. I expected your run of the mill pub food but it was restaurant quality. All the staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for us. We didn't have to wait long inbetween courses. We were in the restaurant but in the bar area they had karaoke on. It wasn't too loud we were still able to chat. It was a great atmosphere. I will be bringing my partner here for a date night. Thank you.
