Order was incomplete, extra portion of chips missing (£4.50), rang to report, said they would send driver round with cash refund bit never did.

Really nice stuff, very friendly. The food was also really nice.

Place looked good but be careful - I went at 1:10 AM on a Thursday night and they would not let me inside, even though the hours on google say open until 2:00 AM. It was not busy and i was prepared to go in and spend money. I went specifically to this place because of the hours on greek street.

Really disappointing. Very different from the other branch. Both ladies were on their phones upon arriving. When asked what different types of proteins are available “chicken, beef or pork” was the response. There was no detail of the type of proteins (marinade/cooking type etc). Both workers had no idea what type of food they were serving which is very shocking for this sort of establishment.

Best tacos I've had in London! Very unassuming but food is amazing. Favourite was the lamb birria tacos

I just paid 13 pounds for a burger that probably cost them about 10 pence. Cheap horrendous quality. Avoid at all costs. Crooks.

To be honest with you I've been to every name this restaurant has been under over the past 10 years. . This is the worst it's been. .such a shame . Wonderful staff all smiling and very polite however food and drinks not so good cake was dry as if it had been sitting for days. .food wasn't very nice either. Really wanted this place to strive and surprise me however it really didn't. Definitely won't be going back. Sorry guys

Tried to order online and the order was showing as pending and were not sure if the order had gone through. Walked to the store to check, told the order had not gone through. Out through the order for us and cost £7 more than before despite still collecting . Questioned why (despite the man serving having seen our attempts to order with pending card payments) and would not honour the same price. Was unhelpful, rude and charged us more for the exact same thing. We are returning customers but won’t be returning this time as the service was not good. Just to add , despite them reassuring us that our original order had not gone through, upon checking the bank account a few days later , we were actually charged twice for the meal after all.

BE PREPARED TO HAVE ORDERS CANCELLED. Unable to comment on the food because twice we have placed orders that were accepted but then 30/45mins later they were cancelled. Not able to leave a review on popular food app because unless you get the order you can't leave a review. Awful customer service on this basis.

After eating in tonight I won’t be coming back. Stood at the counter for 5 mins before the staff decided it was time to serve us. Not particularly friendly and the girl behind the counter grunted at me the entire time. Food was all served cold. Sat upstairs where every table was dirty or had old dishes on it. Sat down and after 5 mins had to put coat on as the entire place was freezing cold. Only ate a small amount of the cold food before leaving. Disappointed to say the least. Find somewhere else to go.

Just wanted to say the manager and server Liz is definitely an asset to the company! She’s so lovely and friendly to everyone and really makes an effort to make people’s day. Thanks Liz and I hope you are appreciated! 😊

Love coming to bar burrito. Always tasty, and you have to get the guacamole, it’s sooo nice. The lady who served me today was nice and chatty, and helpful. Thank you so much :)

Paid to pro up to get there for opening, and it was shut She said come back in half an hour so I did, still not open. I asked when it would be open and she then said she didn’t know Waste of a journey and parking

Update: Good to see location appears to have been shut down by Public Health. A Big mistake ordering from here. In October 2023, I ordered food as takeaway from here and fell violently ill within 1 hour of eating the food. Ended up being the worst food poisoning of my life for 2 weeks. I had to undergo treatment by antibiotics to kill off the bacteria. Public Health England investigators were in contact with me after my gp test results came back with such virulent strains found in my body, which caused the sickness. I still have the letter from the health department and the takeaway order details on just eats from 19/10/2023. Reconsider ordering from here - sadly they clearly are not concerned about health standards in their kitchen. They would likely have had multiple customers fall ill on the same day as me in October last year, and been contacted/ inspected by Public Health also. I still have ongoing health impacts 11 months later from this incident.

Ate there as a party of 9 last night and the whole group now has upset stomachs.
