Bar staff really accommodating and friendly, nothing too much trouble for them. Ordered six meals. Food mmmmmhhh had a lot better from boathouse and lookout on the front. (These places also cheaper). Asked for a salad instead of garlic bread. When food bought to table there was a poor salad garnish and garlic bread. Explained did not want the bread but more salad. Meal bought back to table with a slice of onion, two slices tomato, and a lettuce slice. When I pointed this out was told this is what you get!!!. Risotto very watery. Are the mashed potatoes in fact smash, please comment, pie ok but chips and gravy lukewarm, chilli and rice adequate, but nothing to go wild about. Would not eat there again as on the whole food poor and for what you get very pricey, but would go for a drink especially with the bar staff being so obliging and friendly. Couple sitting on the next table said food very substandard, before we ordered, but decided to give food a go, but to be honest wished we had not.

Food was OK nothing flash, there were 6 adults and two children . Ordered apple crumble which was sent back as there was no crumble,m on it,it looked as if it had been frozen and then microwaved. Waitress was very good she took it back and refunded it but it was disappointing as the one on show looked lovely. The main courses we had were OK, the service was quick. We did keep having waitresses trying to take our plates away when some of our party were still eating. All in all this is an OK place as long as you're not expecting outstanding food.

Nice place for kids and adults. Bingo every day and night. Arcades for the kids and a food stall outside but you can take it inside to eat

Food was lovely, however... none of the mens toilets doors close properly so theres no privacy while using the facilities, the facebook advertising was also incorrect as the barman said the food offer wasnt available over the weekend which was not stated on the page, will not be returning until these things are rectified!!

Booked a table for Xmas lunch menu. Arrived seated and tbh the only christmas thing wS the napkin. No table Decs or crackers just felt like a normal meal. Drinks arrived promptly and orders for food were taken. Starters were lovely and no problem. Our mains then turned up and the only fresh ingredient was the meat everything else was frozen the veg over cooked and roast potatoes hard. We never got offered any condiments ie cranberry or horseradish sauce. The mains just were very unappealing and tasteless. We then sat for half an hour with dirty plates no one had come near to ask if we wanted more drinks etc. We then finally had to ask for the table to be cleared and the drinks. Three of us had puddings which were lovely. Two of the group had the 3 course menu so were supposed to get coffee and mince pie. We waited but then fave up all hope so went to till to pay. When I told her we had not had the coffee and mince pies the girl just said do you want to take them away no apologies. One of the party did remark to the girl were they short staffed and she just said no were just busy. It completely ruined our day, The place had other tables with xmas dinners too and were busy with normal food so would expect more than 2 waiting on staff the rest of staff were kitchen staff filling in. Shame as we have always enjoyed coming here for lunches through the year.

Spent 4 days in chapel last week . Not many pubs open after 10 oâclock in September. But this place was open till half past. Beer expensive . Gin and lemonade served in a wine glass . Bar staff rude especially one that looked like she was duty manager. Dark hair . Ordered my drink asking for a gin and lemonade . To be asked again what with ? No fruit or Iâve just gin and lemonade . Windows were dirty the whole visit . Doesnât look inviting . No wonder itâs only got a 3 on the door .

Compare the prices and quality of the food with any other local cafe, you cannot beat this place. My wife and myselfâs top place for consistently good food and service.

Ordered milk for my toddler. Had toddle on hip and stressed to the guy that it shouldnât be hot at all as it was for my toddler. Got scolding hot milk. Took it back and super politely tried to explain to the woman that they needed to be careful if people specify they are getting drinks for a toddler as a toddler could scold themselves if then mother doesnât check. She was 100% not bothered at all.

Beautiful. Really nice ingredients! Comfy seating, sun shining, barista coffee, dog friendly, free parking, children playing on the bouncy castle. What's not to love? đ

Awful drinks, this place has benches and tables along the front which cannot be used unless you purchase so we went for coffee - they do not serve decaf! A coffee place without decaf in 2024! Hot coffee and coffee was ÂŁ5.80, they had no lids, no extras offered on the hot chocolate. Go along the parade to Butlins for a lovely hot choc, with extras for less and benches a plenty with a friendly service plus you even get a biscuit. Bibby's felt unwelcoming, poor on service and customer needs. Only the front counter looked open and the prices were insane for a coastal basic snack bar. Not going back, there was horrible grain in the bottom of the cup which didn't even look like chocolate đ I threw it away and went to sit on the wall. Needs to up its game for 2025 and be appealing as the competition is much better.

What an absolute disgrace!! , thats putting it mildly. We ordered two kids meals and 2 adult meals 42.00 I wouldn't even give my dogs the meal that came out . The kids meals didn't even have beans peas or gravey on it . The mash was like play dough the sausage was burnt I had to ask for another one to be done . Then pay 4.00 extra for beans . I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PUB TO NOBODY !!!!!

2 reasons to avoid Lindaâs cafĂ©. 1) Poorest quality food youâre ever likely to find â anywhere. 2) Unbelievably small portions. So-called âMegaâ breakfasts were served on SIDE PLATES. They featured ONE rasher of bacon (where 2 are on the menu); NO tomatoes (toms are on the menu); a tiny portion of beans; the sausages, virtually all cereal, were microscopic; and the bread had a tainted smell to it. Further, another customer at the time was complaining about Lindaâs ridiculously small ice-creams.
