Brilliant little pub. Heart of woodhus. Some good staff on and a great atmosphere.

Been going here for years,but must admit that tonight,albeit Christmas Eve,we've had the very best food and service ever. Cannot praise The Badger Box enough,,,, massive thank you from all of the 13 of us!

Not being a customer in quite a few years we thought we would try it again for food and drink, my friends had been earlier in the year and they enjoyed it. Staff were very friendly and helpful when we arrived. Due to the reduced menu options as it was between Christmas & new year there wasn’t much to choose from, I opted for the Hunters chicken and my friends had chicken korma. The food came out quite quickly, the chicken kormas were hot and looked appealing but the hunters chicken didn’t look good at all, it was swimming in what looked like cloudy water! I took the chicken out of the bowl it was floating in and upon tasting it not only was it very chewy but also lukewarm. I returned it as I didn’t want to eat chicken which wasn’t heated properly. The server then apologized when returning the same plate after reheating it! Not only was it now chewier than before but looked totally dried out!! No staff approached us to ask if everything was ok which it wasn’t for me unfortunately.

Short staffed for a birthday Party had to wait a long time for drinks at the bar . The Place needs renovation as well

Tesco has a fabulous range of gluten free products, the Tesco cafe does not. One gluten free mince pie at Christmas, that’s it. Surely it is not difficult to provide an occasional gluten free cake / slice so couples or families can have similar treats with a tea or coffee. Always disappointing!

Love a good karaoke night at the Dragon 😊, great atmosphere, friendly bar staff. Great for watching all type of sports 😊

Nicely decorated. Bright. Staff were not that helpful. Food was mediocre. Service was ok. Wouldn’t bother coming back here again - there are better places.

The staff in the shop are fabulous, nothing is too much trouble and they are very customer focused. There is sometimes a bit of a queue but I can't say it particularly bothers me. The coffee is lovely and always served with a smile. I don't normally eat unless I have an offer in my app,as I find the food rather expensive.

Hah! Caught out like so many! Why doesn't Costa put clear, warning signs inside this branch to show that rip-off charges apply if one stays more than 60 minutes.

Loud, annoying and irritating barmaid promised me a drink and even said it was 'on the house' yet she was never to be seen again, shocking appalling and frankly disgraceful service from the worst pub in town. STEER CLEAR

YET AGAIN!! Visited on a Saturday afternoon and once again we were sold short with onion rings. You're supposed to get 12(TWELVE) but we only got 10. This happens regular. The food is good I just wish they wouldn't s**t on you and count things.

We came here thinking it was still a weatherspoons but it is not, it's had a pint job but all the same old furniture and damaged toilets clearly not a improvement the, We only popped in as we still had 1 hour and 20 mins parking, plenty of time for a beer n burger, not the case however, it's now table service only and took 20 minutes to get served, then 20 minutes after that my wife had to go and ask for the drinks only to hear a member of staff in the background shout "we're busy what does she f###### expect" not the best tbh, Then time started ticking and our food was not arriving nor was anybody else's food who had been served before us, when it got to the point that we had been there for over 1 hour and only had 15mins on the parking, I went up to pay for drink the and cancel the food, the manager who canciled my order was okay however their was a woman in the little room at the end of the bar wavering her writs around shouted "what the f### do they expect?, Well to clear things up for that member of staff who clearly can't control her emotions and clearly should not be employed to serve in a restaurant, I'm not asking for the world when I say, I'd like a drink in my had within 40 minutes of entering an establishment and I'd like my burger within 1 hour and I'd really like to not hear foul language and insults shouted towards me while at the bar by someone who can't control their emotions at work.

Good communication, excellent food quality.

Called in for brunch whilst out shopping, having not been to Sutton for some time. Every table was spotlessly clean, as was the bar area. I was made to feel very welcome by the member of staff who served me. Food was served fairly quickly and was very nice. I had the new Fiesta Brunch which is great value at £3.42 & my husband had a traditional breakfast. Will definitely visit again next time we are passing.

I have Complain so many time about online delivery not getting my mango fruits Ripe when it say ready to eat ,its hard or near half like Frozen .Wilted vegetables like not fresh fews days old .Order sainsbury organic tofu and I find a hair in the middle after I cut and fry it !Now put me off buying there brand
