Excellent and such a Great relaxing place to go with your Friend or Family. Or just go and Treat yourself to one of it's very Good Quality Guest Beers. The inside of the Pub/Hotel is very oldy but with a modern twist. They do have real open log fire to Warm up and make You feel cosy. Also now, if you decide to go outside and have your drink or drinks, they have built an Entire Swiss Chalet Log Cabin as an Outside Bar and a Cinema. They do have now on the back wall, a Huge flat screen television with 4/8K Resolution that You can book tickets to see films here. This place will not disappoint you my Friends. If You want to come here and try something different, be my Guest. The Bull & Swan Pub/Hotel is deffinately on the Stamford Tourist map. Had a great night with the tallington jetski club listening to an excellent live band (Vex) with brilliant friendly staff. If your close by on a Friday night you won't do wrong by dropping by. Thanks for a great night 👌

The venue is wonderful, the service awful. The problem with this bar is that the management simply let the younger staff run it and provide very little oversight. This has been the case on the last couple of occasions I have visited, when the behaviour of other guests has been awful and simply unchecked. I am quite used to rough language in a rough environment but I really do not expect other customers to be using the C word in this premium hotel and no one to intervene. When I did stand up and ask the customer to tone it down, other patrons actually cheered me. This is a really expensive bar and no-one goes in it to be treated like that. It also goes for long periods of time without a member of staff gracing the customers with their presence. There are so many better places in Stamford and not all charge £42 for a meagre bottle of Picpoul de Pinet.

Lovely wine bar with large selection of wines and gins. Great garden area but also cosy inside. Small but great atmosphere.

Very good food and a good lots of different beers and very friendly staff

We had a most fantastic family lunch. We were 18 in number, 13 adults and four young children and a baby. The staff made the occasion very special with there attentiveness. The exciting soul food menu fitted all tastes and the food was well cooked, tasty and delicious.

We visited at around 230pm Sat Aug 19th and ordered 3 cake slices, 2 hot chocolates and a cappucino. While the drinks were tasty the service was extremely slow to the point the hot chocolates were lukewarm, not hot. Too long a queue to join to ask if they could do 2 more as the other drink, cappucino, would then have been cold. Lots of tables uncleared and the ones that were cleared were not wiped down well. The plush lesther seats were stained and lots of dust on the wooden rail trims. Then after all of that, the toilet, oh my word, it was just disgusting. It clearly had not been cleaned all day ( do staff even check it?!), it absolutely stank, pee on the floor and not just recent either, there were dried stains of pee too. Bits of toilet tissue over floor and the sink stained and dirty. If we had used the toilet first before ordering our drinks, we would not have stayed to order anything. It is only one toilet to be shared by all and that is fine, but with so many people using it, the staff have GOT to step up amd clean in there regularly. Manager of this store is clearly not keeping an eye on it all. Save your money and drink elsewhere.

Best flat white in Stamford. I use oat milk so I am picky about the milk foaming, and they did a great job. We also had the Eggs Benedict which was perfectly done, we will be back.

the woman with the strange colour hair?came across as extremely rude and passive aggressive made me feel uncomfortable i wanted to leave because of how rude she was costa sort this out!!! its appalling!!!!

Very misleading! Huge signs outside saying dogs “always” welcome. Well it seems not If it’s raining, the bar person claims dogs are not welcome if it’s raining. It is a shame the bar man was so rude considering we had previously enjoyed a nice visit here.

Slow service and when I asked for a small jug of milk for my wife to enjoy her tea, as apposed to the UHT small cartons, the women behind the till rolled her eyes, scowled and then took about 10 minutes to bring the milk, at which point she thrust it down on the side without saying a word. Avoid like the plague!!!
