The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Cambridge East of England

when we go into Cambridge we always call in to Shelly and Sarah's for a lovely Bacon roll and a mug of tea. we even take our grandchildren there as they love the food and drinks. The prices are very good and reasonable and nothing is to much trouble for them.

A fascinating exhibition of new work by Cambridge born, London based artist Ian Rawlinson. The exhibition runs from 5th October - 1st November 2024 at the Edge Café. The preview takes place on Saturday 5th October from 6.30 - 8.00pm. REFRACTOR is an exploration of collective memory as seen through East Anglia's military past. Prints and collages are inspired by connections to places and structures in North West Norfolk. Rawlinson adds intrusions and abstractions to the images, drawing out the notion that these places are portals where different timelines meet. The EDGE CAFÉ is open Mon - Sat 09.00 -16.00

We've been visiting Kerb since back in lockdown days when they were much smaller and it's been great to see it grow. The staff are all lovely and the buns are out of this world. Definitely our favourite part about living in Cambridge!

A friendly, relaxed place with a unique communal atmosphere. Unlike many other cafes on Mill road, the place itself and the tables are rather spacious. We took a guest from Europe here to have the English breakfast experience. There are several sizes and varieties, all reasonably priced. It was quite nice, but the bacon was not crispy enough.

We had to wait for more than an hour, about 1h 15 mins for food.When I tried to remind the person who took our order, he said this is how it is there, they are busy.Moreover,some tables which arrived later than us, got served earlier, and I complained about this to the waiter.The location of our table was cold when we arrived at 6pm , some of us had to keep our coats on for long.The chicken noodle was below average, my son left it nearly uneaten.The rest of the food was average.But it was more than frustrating having had to wait for so long for 1 dish each. The place became so loudy that we couldn't even hear our own words.This was supposed to be 2 family get together dinner, turned out to be complete disappointment.

The halloumi toast was full of flavours 🥹 The apple almond cake delivered orgasmic auras 🤤 Def recommending this place!

Really lovely little café. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the staff are lovely. The portions are also large. Would recommend the Turkish Breakfast!
