This is one hidden gem you do not want to miss if you're in the area. Not only is the decor eye-catching. The food is all homemade, deliscous, and reasonably priced. The owner has designed and made some of the furniture. Cannot wait to return which will not be too long in the future.

We had afternoon tea ordered for collection on Mother’s Day including one for a child. The teas were superb and had sandwiches, scones, beautiful cakes, teas and cutlery. We chose this cafe as lots of people are offering afternoon teas on fb during lockdown but using cakes from supermarkets - I could make that myself! The cakes included cheesecake, Victoria sponge and cupcakes. Would definitely recommend.

Visited the amazing Robin Hood and Little John pub on my birthday last week for the first time since my birthday last year. We used to visit the pub every week as it has been our favourite pub for a few years and would drink the wonderful Harvey's Sussex beer and also enjoy the excellent food at lunchtime. You won't get a better cooked Full English Breakfast anywhere. We decided to move to the Medway area last year to be closer to our daughter who had moved there. The thing that we knew we would miss the most would be this brilliant family run pub and this has proven to be the case. We do not know anywhere else that you get excellent real ale and food and it was so good to see Tony again who was as welcoming and friendly as ever. Although it is extremely difficult in terms of time and cost for us to visit now, we have decided that we are going to start visiting again much more regularly. We will be back again in the new year.

My daughter and I have been brunching here regularly for more than two years. It really is the most wonderful place. The staff, mainly Lithuanian and Polish, are kind, funny, helpful. Just a delight to be around. The glamorous Russian owner is chatty and charming. The food itself is simply of the highest quality. It's all home-cooked to order so takes a little longer than your average cafe, but well worth it. The Bexley breakfast - or as they sometimes jokingly call it, the Brexit breakfast - gives the full English a new meaning. My daughter has had the Eggs Benedict and the Eggs Florentine and raves about both. You simply don't get this kind of quality service and exotica in the suburbs as a rule. Just wish the premises were a TINY bit bigger. I love this place, though. Love it.

This is a typical workman’s type cafe giving food without any airs and graces at reasonable prices. I can recommend their range of all day english breakfasts. There is an outside eating area. The menu is quite extensive, looking at other customers food it looks to be ok but I have only had the English breakfast which was very good. It has a lot of regular customers Overall. very good.

Oh Dios.

My experience is based on the Maddison's at Blendon. The bread is amazing - wolfed down in our household in no time at all. All the sandwiches I have tried have been delicious - very generously filled and excellent value for money. I often pass by in between jobs & if I can get a space will park up & get lunch. I also enjoy their barista coffee. Seating inside & out. Staff always friendly.

This place is nice, fresh and modern, a great addition to the high street. But it is now shuttered with a sign saying closed until further notice. This place had so much potential, but there was problems both times we went. First time we waited about 40 mins for a bagel. When we chased it up, turns out the order wasn’t sent to the kitchen on their system. Second time I went there at 9am for bagels and they hadn’t been delivered yet. Went back at 10am and ordered eggs Benedict bagel. After 10 mins the waitress asks me if “scrambled eggs are ok on the bagel”. Err not really, it needs poached eggs. Then 10 mins later comes out and tells me they have “run out of ham”. I just ended up buying a slice of cake. As I said - it’s a really lovely looking place - but still having teething problems 6 months in, and now shut completely - will be a shame if this place closes permanently and just becomes another disgusting fried chicken or kebab shop (or barbers / nail bar / charity shop) like every other business in Welling.

I love this place. The sense of community is lovely and the coffee is honestly delicious and SO reasonably priced.

Honestly the food at this place is so good, and it is SO CHEAP! Literally - £5 for a main! The meals are great portion sizes and the whole experience is finished off with genuinely friendly and helpful staff. They can also make pretty much anything on the menu vegan, if you ask. You will not regret finding this place - very tasty food and low prices. It’s a fairly new restaurant (since the last few months) but I hope they stick around :)
