Es un lugar encantador, y buenas bebidas disponibles, pero el servicio es muy relajado. 3 empleados que están charlando. El que tomaba órdenes ni siquiera me presentó la máquina de la tarjeta de crédito, pero se fue y continuó charlando (me incliné sobre el mostrador para tocar mi tarjeta, no estoy seguro de si el pedido había pasado). La que hacía bebidas se movía a su propio ritmo. Podría ser mucho mejor si el personal fuera más atento.

Very unhelpful staff the service was so slow my daughters phone was stolen.while we were waiting for 3 coffee’s which was paid for but not drunk as we chased the thief I will be demanding my money back through my bank account.

I was so excited to try The George, I'd booked for 8 of us to have dinner there in the dining room about 5 weeks in advance (with it being the festive period). I had a call 2days before my reservation to check we were still able to come. The lady on the phone asked 'are you happy to sit downstairs?' to which I said yes as I assumed it would be a downstairs area of the restaurant. Instead it was a table in the pub section and it was extremely rowdy/busy and we couldn't hear one another well over the noise. In the end we ended up having to leave and find somewhere else to eat which was SO a shame as the menu looked so delicious. If you're going then make sure they don't seat you in the pub for dinner!

Bueno, por dónde empezar, este servicio era genial, la comida era absolutamente increíble, y el café bien era simplemente perfecto, tanta elección en Selfridges, pero me alegro de que fuimos por aquí. ¡No podemos esperar para volver y probar algo más de comida deliciosa desde aquí!

Great little spot. Music is fantastic with DjTopKlass! Thank you for our night! The bottles are expensive... £310 for two... in a place smaller than a living room is quite odd... just warning in advance but other than that bar staff are nice and surprisingly so are security! Which is fantastic! Great team, thank you!

Whether you’re plant-based or not, you will love this place. Their food is soooo delicious, the staff are super nice and the atmosphere is lovely. My favourite thing about it is that they have cook books to try their amazing dishes at home.

Great atmosphere and service however inside upstairs is very cramped and the price price drinks is on the high end compared to other bars in the same area.

A busy and crowded Pret near Oxford Circus, but it was just before Christmas and just what I needed.

Awful service. Everything was too much of an ask for the bar staff. “Can I have a cocktail?” “We have 300 cocktails” “can I have a menu” huffs and puffs like I asked for the world. Probably should be sat in an office not dealing with the public.

Probably one of the best bars in the world with no exaggeration. Everything was exemplary from start to finish, service and all. Worth trying the martini experience, even for those who don’t usually get martinis - never thought I could like this drink so much.
