The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Central Darlington North East

Visité con mi hija en nuestra búsqueda habitual del sábado para probar bollos dondequiera que terminemos. Este sábado necesitábamos visitar Darlington así que le preguntamos al dueño de una tienda local dónde estaban los mejores bollos y aquí fue donde nos recomendó. Pequeñas mesitas de café de un par abajo unos cuantos más arriba, pero visitamos antes del almuerzo y nos sentamos enseguida. Aunque era temprano no quedaban bollos de fruta, lo que fue decepcionante, así que solo conseguí probar el bollo de queso - chocolate caliente de lujo, pero no crema, así que hija un poco decepcionada Hicieron bollos calientes si se les pedía un bono tan bonito. El té estaba en una tetera que es preferible, pero era muy fuerte. Algo de agua caliente podría haber ayudado. Podría haber preguntado. Supongo. Los precios eran buenos Servicio aceptable - no es el servicio más rápido cuando está en cola. Había una gran cola afuera cuando nos fuimos, así que presumimos que a veces está bastante ocupado.

What a pleasant find. Initially we walked passed thinking it was just a sandwich bar because all of the restaurants were shut on Monday we came back. Thank goodness we did, a good choice of freshly cooked healthy meals, my chicken flatbread was delicious.

An array of lovely sweets, desserts & drinks, open late with a delivery service. What more could u want.

Love this bakery, delicious cakes and pastries on offer all home made. Hot savoury meals available to take out. Good location on the way to train station and parking directly outside. Cash only

I was there with friends for lunch last week, twice in fact. We had a most delicious meal followed by home made Victoria sponge and coffee. We really enjoyed sitting upstairs, watching the High Row activity eating outstanding food and drinking the fabulous coffee. The service was great and the owner very attentive. If you have never been, why pay 50% more for an inferior coffee and food at a more well known cafe when Rosie's are open?

Evening drink always one of my fave places to visit when in town

Always a lovely breakfast or brunch. The cafe is being run by two amazing ladies who will make sure they get every detail of your order right and will provide you with a bright smile all the way through. It's been my place of choice for brunch or a quick breakfast on the go for about 3 years now, the prices are modest, portions big, the service is priceless and the food quality is excellent. I have nothing bad to say about it, honestly. Give them a smile and they'll return it twice. Keep it up, girls!

Lovely little cafe. Very reasonably priced. The gentleman that served us was very quick and helpful. There is changing facilities for children, highchairs, a really cute motorbike rocking horse and a standard rocking horse so a few things to keep little ones busy whilst you finish your meal. They also have decaf tea, perfect for a breastfeeding mama. Oh yeah and they offer a mammoth breakfast, 4 bacon, 4 sausage, 4 eggs, 4 black pudding, fried bread, toast, beans, tomatoes etc for under a tenner. I didn't order it but I imagine it would be incredible and a great hangover cure. Please leave me a helpful vote if you found this review useful.

Always loved this place. However, it needs a full refurbished. It really is dirty now. I don’t think it gets cleaned tbh. Same kids crayon left on the floor was still there 5 weeks later. Also, the kids behind the bar are all over the place when busy. The owners need to spend on this place or people will go elsewhere.

Saturday 25.1.25 we held our wedding reception in the upstairs room. The room was beautifully decorated,clean and tidy. Food was excellent and plentiful; more sandwiches arriving when all had been eaten. I believe the manager was Lewis. What a lovely, helpful, friendly man. Our guests were most impressed. Indeed one bought us a voucher for a meal being so impressed, We definitely will be back and so will many of our guests. We can’t praise it enough.

Amazing restaurant. Food was first class, especially the oysters, and the service was great, so friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
