A lovely shop with delicious ice cream and sorbet, as well as the most wonderful staff! Having been turned away from another ice cream shop due to my 5yo niece’s milk allergy, the staff at Ross Gelato couldn’t have been more accommodating and kind. She quite literally jumped around when they brought her an ice cream with toppings just like the others. Thank you so much for making a little girls day!

Ordered a dinner off just eat asked for no veg no parsnips and no turnip received my dinner will all the veg and not even put gravy on. I called the number on website answered by a lady who advised she doesn’t work there anymore and they won’t remove her number! Bad service

Son recently had his 8th birthday here and it was fantastic, we loved the designated party area, staff were very helpful and friendly, food was lovely and the kids had a blast aswell as the adults on the retro games! We purchased the level 3 birthday package which perfect and reasonably priced. It was nice to just turn up and not have to worry about everything including the cake! Can't wait to return with our free game voucher!

The flavours were really nice from here, good portions and if you want something healthy instead of greasy it’s ace. Decent prices for what you get and the quality. Would go again.

I had a full English Breakfast here and it was fantastic, I've been full all day long. Lovely place and soo friendly. Left a £5 tip.

Good food, really enjoyed what I had. There were about 4 ladies working and being super friendly to the customers. As I worked my way down the queue I noticed one staff member was so chavvy and miserable I dreaded being served by her! Of course I did get her and the miserable expression, the giant horrible fake lashes and the fact she was calling everyone mate was just off putting for me personally. Shame because she was the only stand out problem

Friendly and helpful staff kids loved their meals would've given a 5star rating but I'm afraid my beef was very dry and chewy but still very good service and rest of meal was delicious.

I ordered 2 Christmas lunches to be delivered on Xmas eve. 1 was a vegetarian nut roast. However there was no nut roast. Rang the restaurant up and they said they would bring it later that evening. No one turned up. So Lunch ruined. Have rang today xmas day 12 times but no one is answering. Disgusted with the complete lack of service.
