ABSOLUTE waste of money and time, so called quality good of non existence. We booked 6 weeks ago, apprantley Sheff not available so they bought our food from Addi across the road heated some piza and some bread with garlic sauce and served as our meal. ABSOLUYLET great full to Aldi Well done Aldi for saving the day.

What a fabulous afternoon in a beautifully tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. Greeted with a lovely glass of pink lemonade. Had a lovely afternoon tea with delicious sandwiches, and mini quiche. a huge scone with jam & clotted cream. And fabulous selection of slattery’s cakes. Staff were amazing - so friendly and attentive and very welcoming. Looking forward to returning soon

Thought we would get our Xmas get together over and done with before the rush started so we decided on the Elephant and castle because it is near our bus stop.we all had different meals but everything was eaten all that on top of very friendly staff and very reasonable prices. What more could you ask for.

We had our daughters wedding at The Hawthorns on Friday 28 June and what a brilliant day it was from beginning to end. Such a lovely relaxed venue with fabulous friendly staff, who made sure the event ran smoothly throughout the day, from straightening ties before the wedding procession entered and calming nerves with their reassuring words to being on hand throughout the reception and evening do. The roast beef wedding breakfast was delicious 👌🏼 followed by handmade stone baked pizzas 🍕 from their own silver bullet pizza van in the courtyard for the evening - again delicious 😋 with any left over pizzas boxed for the guests to take home. The venue accommodated our every request - nothing seemed too much trouble. The lady in charge was absolutely amazing, easy to talk to and made me feel completely chilled and at ease and her husband was the chef that created the lovely reception meal. Thank you for making my daughter’s wedding a fantastic day full of memories that the newly married Mr and Mrs Middleton and all their guests will treasure. I would certainly recommend this venue its friendly and accommodating, competitively priced, situated in beautiful surroundings perfect for photos and their wedding organiser Kirsty was easy to talk to, helpful and professional from the day we visited one of their open days several months ago to the actual wedding day. I can’t thank you all enough for making it such a fantastic day for us.

Having seen £1 deal for pensioners, soup/roll/coffee, I said to the lady serving, what a great offer. Her response was very "I don't give a care, I only work here" beyond negative. She informed me she didn't work for Asda, it was run by Compass. If I were Asda, I would be reviewing my 3rd party contracts. I left really disappointed.

Brilliant venue with fantastic music and atmosphere. Service was fast and the staff fab. Just wish the dance area was bigger, bruised feet in the morning.

Too crowded. Slow service. Poor parking

The Park was once a lovely, traditional pub, but sadly, it is now derelict and up for sale.

What a transformation, we have the luxury of being a walk away. I had rag pudding, hubster had steak pie, wonderful. So good we've been a few times now and always been greeted and made welcome. Even when we took our puppy, he got plenty of attention and a treat or two.
