The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Manchester North West

Came here for breakfast after seeing the menu as we walked past. The front of house lady was extremely polite and kind and seated us straight away. Our order was taken promptly, however, my order was wrong as I asked for the American not the full English breakfast. I made the waitress aware and this was changed straight away. The food lovely and both myself and the Mrs’ only had one complaint. They use a strange lemon/citrus drizzle on the eggs which we would highly ask they don’t use any more as it does make the meals taste strange. Not in a good way. The Mrs’s had the poached eggs on toast, which she said the eggs were cooked perfectly. Only other quibble was when we received the bill they had a service charge on, which I thought a bit of a cheek as I had to get my food corrected then eat on my own as the Mrs’ had already finished hers. But, all in all, I would recommend.

Visited on a Saturday so Pub was very busy. The quality of food was good but service was delayed due to the volume of customers. A good atmosphere as we were tucked away from the main area. Excellent location close to Deansgate.

Hurman attended us very well. We ate good!

Been here previously for the lunch deal with family including under 18s. Came today but was refused service for food and a soft drink having no id? Staff member stated this is because they are a bar and not a restaurant. Just a heads up if you’re planning on going and not having alcohol still take ID or you won’t get served (even before 3pm)

PUB review. NO customer satisfaction here. Very bad experience. I was alone for the new year. I drove a long time and chose this place to celebrate new year. there was a queue and I waited in line. when it was my turn the lady (short Height and rude) said they no longer serve. it was 11.46 exactly. she could have served me as the last customer it would have taken a minute and could create a beautiful experience for the new year for me. I told her I have just arrived to let her kno that I was a new customer not someone that had time to order before. she repeated we do not serve now. This shows how untrained the staff are. If I was the owner of the place I wouldn't want her to work for me. very bad experience. business of this nature is all about people. a concept that she is unfamiliar with. they made their own drink and closed the bar to celebrate and acted as if I was not there. what a shame ...

Really rude staff. Me and a friend recently visited after exploring the Christmas markets, we each ordered a drink and food and consumed them in store. After finishing I politely tried to get the attention of the staff members by saying "excuse me" only to be ignored when she wasn't serving anyone. I patiently waited in line and asked the other member of staff if I could please have the code for the toilet as on my previous visits the toilet has been accessible to customers. The response I got was "we don't have a toilet." No explanation as to why I couldn't use it and the tone was extremely rude. Not to mention I am 37 weeks pregnant and very noticeably so. It's such a shame as the previous staff were lovely but it seems the new members need a lesson in customer service.

As non residents recently arriving in Manchester, we found this place via Google. Reviews of 4 stars! Pah! Got directed by reception, down stairs. Asked for a table for four and had to wait for table to be cleared. Literally only three tables were taken in what looks to be an extensive restaurant. We should have realised then we were going be dissapointed. Were were hungry and sat down. After 10 mins no one came to serve us. Asked at the bar to be told "you have to order at the bar". There is nothing any where on the bar or restaurant that indicates this. OK, we order at the bar or at least we tried. On what was not an extensive menu most options were not available. Ordered 2 8oz Ribeye steaks, medium rare, with skin on fries and onion rings. Food was delivered around 8.30pm, one was medium the other cremated! No one came to the table to ask how our meals were and failed to bring the onion rings. All for meals, that you have to pay up front for! Coupled with the beers not available from the bar and to be told we couldn't order a desert because the kitchen closed at 9, our complaint was to be heard. Went to reception to speak to the manager. To be told we were told at check in, we would have known. We were walk ins! Manager was useless! Apologised but couldn't accept responsibility! I showed her the 3.9 review and the fact that the website showed the restaurant was still open! She apologised that they weren't up to our standards, in fact they are not living up to their own standards! They get a 1 star as there is nothing lower! Massively dissapoited with the start to our weekend in Manchester!
