Nice sized and located pub. Good space inside. Food from Thai kitchen is over priced. The normal food looked good. Staff were very friendly.

Popped in ordered Thai eats , turned up no rice , staff didn't mention main dished have NO RICE (Note to staff say these words) Asked twice for dinners plates , apparently staff are NOT allowed in kitchen! Joke . Fella drunk as a sack fell over and newly hit a curry , I helped him up, and asked staff to ring him a cab, which they did. Food spring rolls over priced at nearly 7🦑, curry watery , service dire , food not much better , finally got two small plates , what a circus . Will NOT be back. Try the MON cafe in Hove . Much better

It was Saturday 13.00 only 6 people in pub. But we only popped in for 1 drink. But will go back to have an evening, looks like it could be fun

A very grungy feel but you are made to feel welcome as soon as you enter, pool table, comedy and burlesque upstairs and a super cute bar team.

I've ordered a chai latte at a Gail's in London before and enjoyed it, decided to try again (though I'm a flat white drinker normally) one cold evening as a take away beverage to warm me up whilst exploring Hove. The first that was served to me was not even luke warm, the batista was lovely and immediately remade the chai latte but the second made me sick at the insane amount of sugar. I'm guessing it's a premade chai drink they decant into their machine before heating and frothing their own milk. I literally felt like i got got sugar poisoning for a full 24hours afterwards, i got severe dehydration due to their chai latte. Please, Gail's ensure you warn customers about high suger levels in your drinks, especially if it's a premade/bought in product. This was excessively high levels of sugar which can be toxic to the body!!

It was my fisrt time in Brighton and I found this place by chance. It was really late and I was starving so I went inside without even noticing it. The interns were really nice, colourful and cosy, there were tables with chirs all of differernt styles and some armachirs where you can seat and take your time with a nice cup of tea or coffee. The atmosphere was really relaxing and I enjoyed my stay there. I went to the counter to order my food. I took a look at the menu and I've decided to try the red lentils and vegetable curry with rice and naan. It was really tasty! Fter lunch I've tooka flat white and a piece of brownie. I was really difficult to resist the temptation of trying on! They have really nice cakes and all of them look super tasty!

Poor lad behind the bar was on his own with a pub full for a few hours and managed it all with a smile. Ran a good quiz too!

¡Hoy he restaurado completamente mi fe en la Harinera! Teníamos el más delicioso pollo, arándano, col y Brie palo francés, hecho por el chef en el lugar, y choclates calientes y café. Comida y bebidas eran 5 *, PERO fue el servicio que llevó esto de una experiencia de 9 a 10. La joven que nos atendió fue atento, atento y educado, al igual que el chef. FP ha echado de menos tener este tipo de personas en los últimos 3 años, personas que se conectan con personas y no tratan a las personas como una transacción. Hoy fue un día en el que de mala gana le di a FP una oportunidad de nuevo y debido a estos 2 voy a estar frecuentando de nuevo. Estamos muy agradecidos.

Gran asado ( 9 . 5 de 10 ) . El personal es bueno también. La única cerveza sin gluten es IPA. Es un gran pub, sin embargo, y bien vale la pena una visita

I’ve been a patron here for about 35 years and I’ve always enjoyed a tasty vegetarian breakfast. These days I live in Orlando, Florida but I always stop by the Bystander Cafe when I’m visiting my home town. Big portions, modest prices, friendly staff, tasty food, super clean environment and conveniently located opposite Brighton Station… what else do you want from a breakfast? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

He estado yendo allí ocasionalmente durante 30 años, sin portero o un stout en el grifo, el personal del bar bastante inútil, dos de ellos pasaron más de una hora haciendo dibujos y crucigramas, se les sirvió una pinta que no pedí, así que no es bueno realmente
