There was rubbish on floor like crisps, Normally it would be a good idea that when the tables are cleared and there is stuff on the floor it should be swept at the same timthe tables are cleared Dish washer still not working so customers were served with a cup and no saucer and a teapot

Poor staff not engaging with customers , was left over food all around the toaster - about six cartons of milk sitting around work surfaces and staff drinking coffee as serving

I've not been here before, but popped in on spec on a Saturday afternoon as I was waiting for a friend and it looked nice from the outside. It's a fairly large, smart, traditional pub with a spacious garden. Atmosphere looked convivial and I was served by a lovely, friendly bar lady. The pint of Harvey's mild I had wasn't in great condition; I should have got it changed but didn't want to make a fuss as a first time visitor. I'm sure, had I said something, this would have been seen to but to be honest it was the very loud music which put me off. The landlady, I think, was playing club type music at a deafening volume via a disco console in the corner of the bar. This seemed quite out of place for an afternoon. Usually on a Saturday PM, people like to catch up and chat, over a few beers, a bit of sport perhaps. Conversation would have been near impossible.

The best café in Crawley. Staff are friendly and helpful. Their cheese omelette is superb and the best I've had anywhere. Wide range of other breakfasts and lunches. This is my go-to café and I'm never disappointed. Very popular with locals. Highly recommended!

In rain, sunshine or snow, any time of the year, Tony, Betty and staff provide a wide selection of quality cafè food. Their sense of humour, open warmth and friendliness 😊 compliments their food; with their Full House breakfast my regular scrumptious favourite 😍 👌

We hired the bar for a party, they are really accommodating. We had a live band. Brilliant night and brilliant atmosphere. Thoroughly recommend. Lovely ladies behind the bar.

I'm a regular here, but don't let that put you off my recommendation. This place is now open 24 hours which is great when you finish work at around 00.30 and need some good grub. The Scooby Burger is the one to go for if your hungry (you won't be hungry afterwards) at £8 it's a bit steep but good for what you get. Recommended defo

bustling, efficient service, friendly staff and you get a real cup if you have indoors. coffee is decent

None of the plug sockets were working, couldn't find one to charge my phone while having breakfast after a long flight. The lady at the till was not helpful at all. Disappointing.

We have eaten here many, many times over the years, for Christmas, birthdays, anniversaries, wakes etc and the food and staff have always been good and we have enjoyed every visit. New menu this year and what a joy it was - last night was the best ever, we all agreed. Look forward to the next time. Thank you!

2 occasions recently to see a female constantly eating behind the bar .. food is pretty good for choice and quality, drinks are reasonably priced for airport

Costa at Gatwick North. Surly service. Not great.

Spent a lovely, family New Year here. The staff really went out of their way to make sure everyone was served beautifully and the fireworks really were the icing on the cake - great night, great pub! Will be going again
