The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Wokingham South East

It's a good spot for a local beer, screens up for sport etc. They've got tables outside and a covered little yard, shame it doesn't have a bit more of a secure garden to be able to bring your dog or kids for a meal etc.

Lovely helpful staff with amazing food and service, especially Josh, who was knowledgeable and kind.

My local, although only an intermittent customer. Very relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff. Lots of community oriented things going on eg. dog walks organised, pub quizzes. All things considered, a lovely pub with excellent food.

Had a roast. Roast potatoes nasty and hard. Probably old. Room smelled of dog.

Quiet on Wednesday lunchtime, ideal for my Spanish lesson

We went for dinner on the last day of 2024. We had to reserve for 7 people. Very good food. Excellent service. Very welcoming environment. I highly recommend

Absolutely delicious!!! We are not local and found this just out of luck and it was just great. Nice warm atmosphere, helpful friendly staff and huge portions for a good value.

Coffee shop gets overwhelmed on Parkrun days so don't expect fast service

Went here for Sunday roast a few weeks ago. Absolutely brilliant. The food was delicious, portions were generous and the Guinness was brilliant. Staff was very friendly, too. Can’t say enough great things about this cosy pub.

Staff were very efficient and food was delicious. Especially the chicken kebab. We hope to be back again soon very soon :)

Visited for a family birthday meal. Service was very good and clearly a big pull is the cocktail menu. The cocktails were well presented and interesting. But I can’t relate to the other rave reviews about the food. The menu is very limited - basically burgers, mini pizzas or salad for a main course. Starters were a bit more interesting but nothing special and at the top end price wise. In the main indoor area - if you like a noisy atmosphere then you will be fine, but the music made conversation difficult. All in all I’d say distinctly average and the food is definitely not worth going out of your way for.

Great food and service! I love that you can "build your own breakfast" and also the fact that the breakfasts are still available at lunch time which is a rare find these days. Will definitely go back when I'm next in the area!

Lovely staff and great choice of snacks/ cakes and coffees including vegan ones. Just wish someone would deep clean the toilets as they are pretty dire. Otherwise can’t fault the place for atmosphere and hard working staff.
