What a lovely place. Food was delicious and Claire on the bar was the friendliest person. We didn’t have to wait long for our lovely lunch. Great place to visit!

We had dinner and breakfast here as we were staying in the hotel. Dinner was delicious, freshly cooked, and very reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast was included in the room rate, and it was excellent. Juice, tea, coffee, toast, pastries, yogurts, cereal, and a full English breakfast cooked to order.

Went in for a pint last night. We were the only customers except bar staff and what I assume was bar staffs friends taking down xmas decs. Pints were OK but expensive for the venue. Looks quite run down when it's not busy. Only ended up having one and moved on elsewhere.

Lovely bar with a nice interior. Friendly staff. Have a good variety of drinks with amazing cocktails. No longer a restaurant after Covid-19, but pretty great for a night out. Cocktail classes are fun to book, and function rooms are available for parties.

Llevé a mi amigo a dar un capricho y qué decepción. Pedí los dedos de pescado. Por el precio que esperaba dedos de pescado ‘posh’ recién rebozados con papas fritas caseras y ensalada de col. Lo que me dieron fueron dos dedos delgados de pescado de color naranja que se veían peor que una marca básica de supermercado y papas fritas congeladas. Mi amiga tuvo la misma experiencia con sus dos trozos de pollo frito. No volveremos.

I got a Tuna Mayo bagel, which was listed as having tuna mayo and salad in it. But, when I got home and unwrapped it has just Tuna Mayo with no salad. £4.99 is a lot to pay for that in my opinion.

good place for protest groups to meet. Seats can be arranged in a circle just inside the entrance. Very convenient central location

Aparecimos por café un almuerzo y terminamos teniendo torta de carne y verduras. El pastel de aspecto y sabor casero. Es sólo un lugar pequeño pero bien vale la pena una visita, incluso si sólo quieres un café. El personal era amable y servicial. Buen lugar para descansar mientras que fuera de compras.

This Costa is in a convenient location in Hull city centre. It is often busy as was the case today and there was a limited choice of tables. Where we sat there was a foul smell wafting around, blown by the air con unit. I think it might be an access to the drains! The food and drinks were good as usual. But they definitely need to sort out that smell! Today we sat at the other end of the coffee shop, it was less busy and there was more choice of tables. Everything seemed very clean with new chairs at most of the tables. My medium latte was delicious, so was the toasted teacake. An enjoyable visit.

Absolutely fabulous Cafe, i really love all the staff in the Secret Garden Cafe in Hull!! They are amazing and always make me feel welcome and treat me with unconditional love and respect and affection 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
