Ripp off cafe...Dirty tables n chairs This is a family place for elderly, kids, families and its £4.50 for a measly portion of frozen chips....absolute joke of a place ...bring your own

Closed, this place used to be really good but hasn't been open for a couple of weeks, you can see through the window all the tables are set and the post piled up on the floor. No note on the window to explain, shame.

Soy fan de Nando’s y este Nando’s es por mucho el PEOR que he tenido y servicio experimentado. Cuando entré ya había notado la escasez de personal que llevó a que nuestras bebidas se retrasaran, el envoltorio de pollo de mi amigo vino lleno de lechuga y casi nada de pollo. Cuando le contamos al gerente Josh sobre el envoltorio nos dijo que lo termináramos y que el pollo estaba dentro aunque claramente no. La comida no tenía sabor y el personal era grosero, casi todos tenían actitud. El restaurante estaba caliente y relleno, viendo a otros clientes preguntando por qué el restaurante estaba tan caliente. EVITA A TODA COSTA. Una decepción como la de Nando tiene grandes expectativas para todos. Las peores £ 20 gastadas en mi comida ‘favorita’. El personal y la comida me ha dejado fuera de Nando's todos juntos. Visited on Wed at lunchtime, the place was relatively quiet. We were allocated a table but had to ask the waiter to wipe it. Sat for 20 min then went looking for the waiter to stay that we were ready to order. Asked for 2 falafel pittas and 2 juices. The 1st juice came but the 2nd one took 10min to be served then the first falafel plate arrived, the pitta was surrounded by overcooked, overheld and disgusting fries. There was no sign of the second falafel playe for another 15min by shich time, the first one was getting stone cold. The second plate finally arrived and definitely looked much fresher than the first one, as if a different type of fries was ordered. The pittas were yukky and hard to bite into the thick and oven burnt falafel. Only the tahini and the garnish tasted ok, the falafel and the bread were revolting. To add insult to injury, we asked for the bill and we were given somebody else's... it was the waiter's first day on the job but obviously without any training whatsoever... What a dissapointing service, a disgusting pitta in a bare and dirty place, all at an unjustified price: £8.50 for the pitta and £4 for a small carrot juice! Tomeli's is going downhill... Bring back the old management pls.

Food never turned up said it was delivered twice Second time it has happened Gave them the benefit of the doubt. Will never use again.
