As a member, I decided to host a birthday party here. Solange was my point of contact running up to the event and the amazing Christian my point of contact on the day. The event was phenomenal. The green room setup, catering and the overall service was exceptional, the team made my partners surprise party a very special event. In terms of the overall club, there are some great people on the restaurant side. I have however cancelled my membership due to a number of negative experiences. Their door security are quite aggressive and the final straw was after the receptionist shouted to me from the top of the stairs ‘where are you going?’ forcing me to shout up the stairs and explain an injury that meant I had to take the elevator. As a members club they need to improve the way that they treat members.

Extremely disappointing. Went there with my children and the waiter was too busy talking on his phone than approach us. We went and sat down, and he just went outside talking on his phone. After a while he came back in and then went to the tills continuing on his phone. I was just looking at him to see if he pays any attention that there are customers waiting to be served in front of him. Clearly paying no attention. I just got up and left with my children. Such a horrible experience and so disappointed, as I've been there before and received wonderful service both times. Just on this occasion this gentleman clearly was too focused ok his phone (haven't met him before) and wasn't able to provide any customer service. I was actually looking so forward to eating here with my family

Kwãnt Mayfair no solo es ideal para relajarse solo, sino también un gran lugar para reuniones sociales. Ya estoy deseando mi próxima visita para explorar más de sus exquisitas ofertas. If you want a rest and a cuppa with something simple to eat , then this is the place. Good value with friendly helpful staff

I visited with my partner before Christmas 2019. We were a bit confused as to how we entered their restaurant but just went through the loud and crowded pub (We didn't mind) but we laughed about it with the owners and settled on a table. We ordered Borscht, Starter Varenyky, Dessert Varenyky and another I can't remember. All food came rather quickly (though it was just us and another couple) and was absolutely delicious! My partner is Ukrainian and has been to Ukraine before, and I had never tasted Ukrainian food before so was really pleased and impressed as was my partner. Lovely couple that run the place, though I would advise perhaps implementing something for when the noise from the pub gets too loud as it was something that I didn't find great. Otherwise the food, seating and service was excellent and I would highly recommend for anyone looking for Ukrainian food with an English Twist.

This is my 'go-to' cafe when I am in the Piccadilly area. I always enjoy the coffee and banana cake. The cafe itself is very small, but there are tables and chairs outside the cafe in Burlington Arcade.

Tucked away in the heart of Mayfair, Shepherd Market feels like stumbling upon a secret London village. Dinner was late so we visited during closing time. White wine, healthy steak, tomato basil gnocchi... Nice atmosphere and great service. In particular, Darwal's male manager's sense is the best~~! When we apologized because the kitchen deadline was tight, Darwal kindly responded by telling us that it was okay to eat comfortably and even asked us to order from the bar menu, and he took care of it so we were able to enjoy generous and delicious dishes with wine. We enjoyed it together. Thank you for the sense of providing room service for the remaining wine.

Very friendly service! A must when it comes to French macarons!

Really nice place for lunch. We had a coffee each and then a burger. The waiter brought us a glass of water (without us asking), which I think is a superb sign of good hospitality service. The burger was tasty and filling, the coffee strong, hot and good quality. The breakfasts looked lovely on a nearby table too. Would love to go again to try something a little more Mediterranean in origin!

Annoying house politics. I have an international membership but was refused due too a „private event“ that started in 2 hours. Worst customer relationship management

Personal atento y poco lleno de conocimientos que puede guiarlo a través de una gran carta de vinos para encontrar un vino maravilloso para su gusto sin romper el banco. Porciones de buen tamaño también - una verdadera experiencia culinaria

Love this quaint restaurant in the heart of London! The staff was really friendly and helpful, and the food was super delicious! Nothing too complicated but it’s packed with flavour. The pork chop was cooked perfectly, very tender. We finished with the desserts and again, very home cooked vibe but made well! This has become a new spot for my special occasion list!
