The best restaurants serving Other european-cuisines food in Cirencester Park Cotswold South West

Dropped in for breakfast on the 23rd December. Good food and nice atmosphere, but service was very slow. I ordered a second coffee to go with my breakfast but gave up waiting for it, and eventually asked for it to be taken off the bill. I was still cheekily charged 12.5% on the bill on the remaining food, for what was clearly poor service.
