first time they just left my food on the counter the 2nd time they didnt have butterfly chicken breasts? dont have butterfly chicken? a nandos? absolutely disgraceful and thoroughly displeased. will most likely come again due to my morbid obesity

Very helpful and accommodating staff, especially as we faced some delays and had to adjust our reservation. Lovely service, a nice family night.

You scan a QR code or go up to the counter to order. My mates and I all ordered at the same time but 2 of us got our food after the other had already finished theirs! I ordered the butterfly burger with peri salted chips and peri mac & cheese. The only bit that I was a bit disappointed by was the chicken. The outside was a bit burnt and a bit hard. Mac & cheese and chips were really nice though. Hope it's better next time.

World class music. World class snobbery. We attended one of the late Sunday morning performances, which are perfectly timed for the weekend visitor. The music was absolutely exceptional. We enjoyed a flawless, virtuosic, performance in a venue with great acoustics. However, the atmosphere was intimidating and represented everything that's bad about the British establishment. Not exactly the fault of the venue, but most of the other audience members fell firmly into the pale and stale category and were unwelcoming at best, and downright rude at worst. Thankfully, the music (did I mention how good the music was?), just about compensated.

Fatima is really hard working and checks up on you with a smile . Was not impressed by about 3 or 4 staff members who were talking and laughing the whole hour and 15 minutes we were there . They were standing on the cuttlery and sauces and on the way to the drinks . At some point they were eating whilst still standing there . Its not really nice when you are enjoying your meal and there people looking around , laughing and talking esp if they are staff
