Go to kebab place in Sussex let alone lancing, plenty of variety and workers are more than friendly

It’s true that this place doesn’t ever seem to open on time, often much much later than advertised, and even then, when it seems it’s finally opened for the day, you probably have to wait some more 😂 And the portion size has got smaller while the price has got higher. *BUT* it is really good falafel- the best I’ve had in London (I love falafel!) and everyone I’ve brought here has loved it too. I’ve frequently waited and waited and waited because it’s that good. (Saying this, it would be great if they could open when they say they will, I often can’t meet friends here simply because you just can’t be certain if/when they’ll actually open.)

Went here for afternoon tea with my family and 7-year old granddaughter. We all loved it and my granddaughter in particular as there was so much pink! The food was excellent as was the service and my granddaughter loved the children's 'loaded hot chocolate'. I would definitely come back again.

Pizzas were dry n well over cooked. Offered the excuse that they were busy n then offered a lame apology. Avoid!!

Wow, we loved every mouthful. Chicken with yogurt and lamb adana. Torburg beer was perfect, service was efficient and friendly. Very recommended and we'll be back

Christmas meal from work. Veggie tart pastry base was inedible as it was rock solid. A colleague had the same issue. Everyone else enjoyed their meal. Service was hit and miss, depending on which staff member you got. A couple of ‘huffs’ was heard particularly when it came to paying individually. I appreciate it was busy but we were made to feel like we were putting them out.

When we visited Costa the other day it was very understaffed which I know isn’t the staffs fault. However, there was a blonde and a brunette who wouldn’t stop shouting across to eachother, going on their phones, hugging eachother and just being really unprofessional towards customers. The guy with the mullet was nice and proffesional even under the pressure. There were no cups and my drink was basically a cup of milk. Think next time we’ll go over to cafe Nero.

I love this pub! Super friendly staff, the food is great and we always have the best time here. It’s dog friendly and the best place to spend a Sunday afternoon or a Friday night! Can’t wait to visit again
