they were so so lovely with reorganising my click and collect due to delayed trains and kept me informed via phone call! 100% recommend :)

This Nando’s branch at Cribbs Causeway seems determined to ruin the classic Nando’s experience. The chicken is consistently very dry and sometimes even burnt. I don’t understand the issue, as I’ve eaten at Nando’s across England without any problems, but this branch always seems to overcook everything. I’ve decided to avoid visiting here anymore, until someone learns to use the grill properly again.

One night stay with dinner and breakfast. Friendly, efficient staff. Helpful and attentive without overdoing it. Fixed a minor problem in the room instantaneously.

We decided to drop in to the eclipse today for Sunday lunch, and it really was outstandingly good! We came in a few weeks ago, and the marked improvement in the roast was something else. Myself and partner had the beef and our daughter the pork, it looked stunning on the plate and was an even better eat. Great improvement, service as always was exemplary! We will be back!

Hygiene is extremely poor. Flies all over. Food was served directly on dirty tray. I think health and safety should visit dinning area at check out area ASAP.

Excelente relación calidad-precio para la ubicación, especiales en cócteles en una noche de fin de semana. Música no tan alta que no puedas charlar pero crea un ambiente relajante. El personal era tan atento y servicial, trayendo recargas de agua después de que había dicho que nos sentimos un poco deshidratados después de caminar todo el día. La comida era excelente y se llevó a cabo un control exhaustivo para los alérgenos en la mesa después de que dije que sufro de alergias Todos juntos encantadora noche, gracias a todos

Vine aquí para un té tradicional británico por la tarde y fue una delicia. Servicio rápido que también fue educado y amable - gracias a mi encantadora servidor Beth. Es un gran lugar para darse un capricho a sí mismo y a sus amigos.

Comida muy sabrosa. Personal encantador y muy servicial. Siempre ahí si es necesario. Muy fácil de pedir comida. Definitivamente 5 * restaurante. Gran servicio. Gracias a todos. Gracias Sra. Anita por sus consejos útiles y servicio rápido.

Tired room, tired decor, the aviation theme is fantastic but old and tired here. My pizza dough was raw sadly. The staff are great and the beers are good. Great selection of alcohol.

The food was nice but when we ordered we was given wrong order and we said it was wrong then got the correct order and the workers was kinda rude

Normally Nandos Restaurant has been our favourite so far. Especially the one at NEC Birmingham. The one in the Royal Town of Leamington Spa has outstanding customer service. However, what I experienced on 24 August 2024 at Nandos Tamworth located at the retail park was terrible. We went as a family of 10 to eat meal at around 4pm. My husband approached one of the staff to book a table. It was fairly empty. She told us we could only sit in the middle.when my husband challenged her, she called her supervisor.he came a repeated the same thing. We asked to sit at five tables of two's in one corner. He told us that they could get busy soon and he prefers we sit the middle one which is not even ready to sit at. It is messy. He just turned sauces around and the lady staff sprayed cleaning chemical without even whipping expected us to sit. I have never come across where businesses treat you the way they prefer. Customer is always right. Then we had to take the name of the guy and leave for next door to eat at The Five Guys. They were fantastic and we enjoyed our meal and spent £169 altogether. I believe the reason they did this could only be of two reasons. Either they had no understanding of customer service for everyone or are just racist thugs in disguise because we are black. By the way I am proud to be black than ever before. I will never visit this place even if there no other restaurants around there. Shame on Nandos in Tamworth to employ these kind of people to damage their reputation. I should have given them 0 star anyways

We often come to this Nando’s and usually have a pleasant experience as you can see I have previously left good reviews. This time not so great. We were seated at a table, when we went to order, they informed us they had ‘no chicken’ which would’ve been beneficial to know when we arrived to the restaurant. The waitress did not apologise for the inconvenience or even bother to explain why there is no chicken and did not give us any options as to what there was available. We had to ask twice what food they could make for us. Our food came pretty fast, but it wasn’t to its usual standard. We ate around half of our meal and decided to leave. Nobody checked back on us and around 8 members of staff working they watched us leaving without acknowledging us. It’s a shame as we usually really enjoy coming here but now probably wouldn’t return if this is the service being delivered

Excelente selección de cerveza, en un pub con un ambiente abierto y ventilado con techos altos y grandes ventanales. Sentarse en cabina era perfecto para sentarse y disfrutar de nuestras cervezas. Gran parada como fiesta de nuestras varitas por la Pequeña Venecia.

Ordered fish and chips for three birriani and also a meatballs meal everything except the meatballs had to be fetched only macaroni cheese for the infant we had with us we were in the que for ages only one person serving and the other people in the line were not happy food was not good although chips had to be fetched they were cold after standing in a dish for goodness knows how long my daughter had to stand and wait for birriani to come obviously more people need to be serving when it’s bang on lunchtime won’t be going back
