Nicest nandos we've had in a while But above all the manager was brilliant Such a genuinely nice person with so much humanity, he was so helpful towards us and our young baby literally 10 out of 10 service Top Guy !!

"¡Una celebración de cumpleaños perfecta en The Botanist en Bath! " Tuvimos una noche fantástica en The Botanist en Bath el fin de semana pasado para celebrar un cumpleaños. El edificio es impresionante, el ambiente es único, y el bar, famoso por la televisión, era igual de impresionante en persona. La comida superó nuestras expectativas. Tener un lugar donde la gente pueda tener experiencia con los animales antes de adoptarlos es genial. Especialmente, dividir la experiencia entre gatitos y gatos adultos, ya que los animales se comportan de manera tan diferente cuando luego crecen. Todavía no me he formado mi opinión porque solo he experimentado una habitación para gatos y diferentes ubicaciones hacen las cosas de manera diferente. La habitación del gatito es espaciosa cuando no hay nadie en ella - espaciosa para Londres - pero cuando hay más de 4 personas la habitación Es bastante estrecho. Debe haber limitación en el número de personas permitidas en la habitación. Algunos de los gatitos parecían demasiado estimulados y se escondieron en un estante o en la esquina, pero eso puede deberse a que algunos de ellos son animales de rescate. We happened upon this restaurant whilst staying at the Hilton Canary Wharf.

Very slow service and over pretentious food in tiny portions. We had to wait over an hour for food to be delivered and when it was it was the smallest amount of food you can imagine. Also the food was not up to the standard the menu thinks it is.

Mi pequeña hija y yo comimos con algunos de mis viejos amigos aquí. Estaba bastante lleno y también parecían tener poco personal, y tardó un tiempo en servirse en la caja. Sin embargo, la comida fue servida rápida e impecablemente después de eso y realmente lo disfrutamos. Visitaríamos este lugar nuevamente.

Stopped off for lunch in this quirky restaurant….basically it’s in a garage! However, don’t be put off by this, as we had a delicious lunch. They offer a variety of sharing plates, both seafood and vegetarian. We chose the pickled anchovies, fried whiting with curry mayo, brown crab rarebit, sardines with spring onions and chilli plus a green salad. The pick of the dishes was the whiting which was just about the best battered fish I have ever eaten but everything was delicious. This was washed down by a frozen margarita. The service was very good. On a sunny September lunchtime, what’s not to like?

Qué experiencia... El personal realmente decepcionó este lugar. Maleducado. Cero paciencia e incluso si tenías un problema que hicimos no tuviste la oportunidad de decir nada, había un miembro del personal que era agradable, el resto parecía que no podían ser molestados y no podían hacer con un curso sobre servicio al cliente. Un miembro del personal fue muy grosero nos sentamos como una mesa si cuatro y en lugar de ir a un lado de la mesa decidió pasar vasos entre dos personas por detrás sin notificar que estaban detrás de nosotros. Pusieron la comida equivocada en la mesa que estaba destinada a otra mesa. Y esto fue un error común, ya que los vimos hacer lo mismo con las bebidas. Era casi imposible encontrar un recuerdo del personal para cualquier problema que tuvimos. Mis hermanas estaban rancias. Habían quemado pollo a mis otras hermanas y cuando les preguntaron si todo estaba bien fue de pasada ya que no parecían molestas en absoluto. Hemos tenido un mejor servicio en otros Nando’s cuando se embala mermelada, que no puede ser el mismo para este lugar. Era muy tranquilo. Desafortunadamente lo más destacado de este lugar fueron los baños. Seguro decir que no volveríamos a visitar esta sucursal cuando visite Londres.

Without a doubt my fave spot to drop in. For the taster board alone. We gave frequented the Wishing well many time. Always buy a few bottles , or in the case of my wife- shirts) to take home. Cocktails are great. Staff are friendly. Xavier? The central cog has hit on a genius concept Quality Unique look bottles. Professional. Wish I lived near but then I would have a bed there!

Absolutamente basura. 11 . 85 para una hamburguesa con patatas fritas seprete 5. 00 . Una pequeña rebanada de bizcocho Victoria 4. 85 ridículo. Tengo una magdalena de chocolate 3. 80 era como comer cartón seco como un hueso. Definitivamente evitar...

El servicio al cliente es bueno. Son amables y serviciales. Pero el pollo era pollo hervido - nada sabe a Nando real. También las instalaciones sanitarias eran horribles!

February 2021Price = Pricey for what is it. Not extortionate, but slightly more than other nearby places. (2 out of 5)Cleanliness = Very clean with zero complaints. (5 out of 5)Service = Service was great. Not complaints. (5 out of 5)Food/Restaurant = The food was nicely flavoured but the saltiness was too much (in comparison to many similar places). The rice was very oily. The bread and salad was good. (3 out of 5)Overall Experience = For the restaurant level pricing, I would expect a bit more in terms of flavours and not an over reliance on salt. I did try this once before the Government' August 2020 'Eat Out To Help Out' incentive and it was better that time. I don't mind paying a higher price for a 'difference' whether quality or quality. (3 out of 5).

A very average kebab shop. Not amazing, not terrible. A mixed grill, large chicken doner and small chips came to £32. After preordering and being told it would be ready in 10 minutes we waited an extra ~15 minutes in the tiny shop. The fact there were 4 staff didn't seem to speed up anyone's food. Average food. Quite greasy. Apart from the sauce, not much of a taste. The mixed grill comes with the pitta on the side, so requires filling yourself. Wouldn't rush back. Might enjoy more if drunk.
