Sabrosa comida vegetariana servida, porciones de buen tamaño, pero se sentía falta de atención al detalle. Aunque la comida fue agradable, hubiera sido bueno tener remolacha y un plato principal de hornear de coliflor con más textura y color, por ejemplo, nueces en el plato principal y servido con pan crujiente, y el plato principal servido con muchas verduras en lugar de una pequeña porción de ensalada de col pálida. Mi desierto de lío Eton también tenía muy poca mezcla de ciruela, que también me pareció decepcionante. Como grupo sentimos que había muy poco personal sirviendo y, por lo tanto, no parecía tener tiempo para preguntar cómo estábamos disfrutando nuestra comida, etc. y tuvimos que esperar un tiempo considerable para tomar té / café, momento en el que un buen número de comensales había dejado.

OK as a meat eating husband of a vegetarian I put my trust once again in Tripadvisor and this place didn’t disappoint, so thanks to all you lot who post reviews! Service is first class and really adds to the overall experience, whoever is hiring and driving the team should be congratulated, they seem to really enjoy what they are doing. Now, if you told me I’d have sprouts and chips and be full and happy I would nod and slowly back away from you desperately looking for an exit but somehow that was the case. The little tapas style meals were really, really tasty popping with flavour, excellently presented and extremely well priced at around £6 a dish. Tasteless tofu (as in call it) was actually more than edible, it was very nice. It was really painful to admit this to the other half. Onion bhajis were spot on, hummus great, chips were nice and artichoke whatever were another taste sensation, but the sprouts. How? I mean going “wow” after eating a sprout is a bit embarrassing. Actually finishing a meal ,being totally stuffed with no meat thinking what an amazing sprout dish is just plain stupid. Home made drinks, great decor even the hike up to the toilets is a bit of an adventure, there is not a lot you can’t love about this place. As a meat and whatever else type of person I’m still trying to come to terms with this being my favourite meal that I have had in a very long time.

We have been going to the Bluebell for quite a few years now. We have NEVER been disappointed. The food and ambiance is top rate and the staff always go over and beyond to accommodate us. A perfect place place to meet with friends. Thank you.

We had an excellent breakfast here, followed by some delicious cakes. The staff were really friendly and polite, especially the young man who greeted us. Also, kudos for serving a proper portion of cake for a reasonable price - other local cafés could learn a thing or two.

Went to have lunch after going to the cinema. We were sat down straight away, it was not busy at all. I would say less than 10 other tables sat. Granted, they only had a couple of members of staff on but after 25 minutes of being completely ignored and not even being asked for a drinks order, we got up and left. It’s not as if they were busy. Never again. First time in my life I’ve experienced service so poor I’ve got up and left.

Excellent food and outstanding coffee served professionally and cheerfully. Our first visit to Crustum today, excellent choice on the menu; delicious toasted sandwich complemented by dressed rocket.

We went yesterday (Tuesday night) at 7pm and it wasn't that busy (half full). We got seated and were told by a server that it would be 5-10 mins until he came back to take our order. After waiting 30mins, we got up and asked another server if there would be a wait on food after we would order as we didn't want to wait too long. She had no clue and said she would come over straight away to take our order. 10 mins later still no one had come over, so we left. No one seemed bothered that we had left, no questions asked. It looked like one man (looked like a manager) was running the whole floor on his own. We went next door to the indoor market instead and had very tasty food in no time.

Great food, much better than McDonalds and better quality ingredients. Donuts are amazing. The staff can be hit and miss. Sometimes lovely and food we'll prepared, other times grumpy and food poorly cooked and slapped together. Shame those people make the experience bad but it's up to management to ensure these behaviours don't happen and that quality is consistent.

I called in a couple of weeks ago hoping to get a meal but unfortunately I couldn’t order anything as they couldn’t tell me if anything was gluten-free! Disappointing.

Rooms are cold. No adequate heating in the rooms at all.
